Does somebody know if I need to show evidence of paid personal income tax to make a 90day Non-B Visa?
and if, for how many month?
I'm a bit confused as on mfa.go.th they write:
7) statement of Income Tax and Business Tax (Por Ngor Dor 50 and Por Ngor Dor 30 of the latest year)
but this is for the Company, isn't it?

There was a time when regular employees (not just company directors) could get multiple entry Non B visas if they had lots of remaining time on a work permit. That was important for those who had jobs that did not earn enough to meet the threshold for an extension based on working. ME Non B was stopped for regular employees. However, there were statements made that company directors and potential investors were eligible for multiple entry Non B visas under some circumstances, with or without work permits. I think it could be worth your while to discuss this with a specialist immigration lawyer.
Thanks a lot again! Will try to check it with a lawyer. Love your deep knowledge!
And it seems that no one else experienced this Work Permit must be x-month valid problem. Strange, for me it was real..

It is correct that a multiple Non B visa is possible if you are a director of a qualifying company. My understanding is that you may not need a work permit at all. The work permit is a different issue. If you will use the visa purely to fly in to attend meetings and sign documents, no work permit is necessary, and the multiple entry visa can still be issued.
What is needed for you to qualify (size and nature of the company and supporting documents, your written role as a company director) I am unsure of. It has been a long time since I needed a Non B visa. My advice would be to pay a competent immigration lawyer to advise you.
Historically, Penang has been a favoured location to apply for a Non B visa. Years ago, I did it in Savannakhet.
Sadly, I think I will not qualify for 1-year Non-B without Work Permit. I remember once I had issues in Penang and at the end officer say me next time the Work Permit should be valid X-month, but it's to long ago..

Why not move to an extension ?..
Easier process and you renew each year same time as your work permit.
Bt.3600 for multi entry I believe.
Sadly, it is not so easy to make an extension in Phuket without paying a lot of money ????

As far as I know, there is no such beast as a "multi-entry Non-B". You get a Non-B visa and then buy a multi-entry re-entry permit.
Your extension of stay will expire on the same day as your work permit.
I'm not sure if that changed over the covid years, but before covid I had 4x this 1 year multi entry non-b visa. Maybe this option is only if you are Company Director, but I'm not sure.

For how long a Work Permit must be valid to get 1 year multi-entry Non-B? As Company Director.
I remember there was a limit, something like 7 or 9 month?
And Where to make 1 year multi-entry Non-B?
I have done it always in Penang before covid, but now someone confused me.

There have been reports that a border bounce at the Malaysian border, without days outside Thailand, requires the payment of bribes.
Although I cannot confirm 100% that this is true, I have seen reports that a quick bounce from Ranong to the Grand Andaman resort (Myanmar) is possible again. The journey from Koh Tao to Ranong is a bit involved, but that might still be a better bet. Perhaps, other members here can confirm the latest in Ranong and at the various Malaysian crossings.
EDIT: This web page looks relevant:

Yes, I will check the Grand Andaman resort. Thanks again!

Immigration may require you to stay one or more days in Malaysia before heading back in.
Make sure you write a dismissal letter for your employment and report yourself at social security to sign out. If you have a pink ID you can then opt to continue your health insurance for a pittance should you wish to remain longer in Thailand than 30 days. You can also request a refund of some of the social premiums you paid over the years under certain conditions. Lastly in case you stay longer, you can apply for unemployment benefits at the labor department when handing in your work permit there and say you are fired. This is 70% of 15k max, and you’ll have to report monthly to get it. I don’t know if that’s possible on Tao and if you have to travel to Samui for this the hassle is not worth it.Thank You very much! Do I need to show at the border this "dismissal letter for your employment and social security sign out"?

You should have no trouble with a border bounce by land at somewhere like Nong Khai. Where are you currently located?
Thanks for replying! I'm based on Koh Tao, so it will be most likely the Malaysian border (Sadao, Padang besar or Satun)

Hello! Is it possible to make a border run and get a 30 days stamp at the border after many years Non-B visa (lately 3x 1-year extensions)?
Just need 30 more days before going back Germany for a while.
And does somebody know what happens with the Work Permit? Do they take it at the border? Do they care? (employer is my own company + me general director)
Thanks for help!
