Yanhee insists its water is loaded with Vitamin C

The company, however, insists there is Vitamin C in its product, adding that vitamins tend to vanish in reaction to oxygen, as well as heat, light and humidity.
So maybe they should switch to dry water...

My wife and I went yesterday to Jomtien immigration to submit TM30 and TM28.
We are moving into a new house for which we had the lease agreement with my wife being the tenant from March 1st. She filled the TM30 document, provided a copy of the lease contract, copy of her ID card, copy of her Tabian Ban, copy of my front page passport, copy of the valid visa page and copy of my TM6 to report me as living in the house she is the tenant.
I filled the TM28 and made copy of the necessary pages of my passport to report my address change.
The room was packed at 1.30PM and I could hear a few people complaining about the hefty fine they were receiving for not reporting in due time.
After an hour we were sitting in front of the officer who told us that the TM28 was no longer needed. Everything was fine with the documents my wife provided and we were given the receipt of the TM30. The officer insisted on the fact that she should fine me as I never submitted a TM30 before but I was forgiven for this time!!! I asked her if I should report each time I come back from a trip out of Thailand, the answer was “yes, within 24 hours”. Do I have to report when I come back from a trip outside Chonburi province, the answer was “if you left the province for more than 24 hours, yes”.
The girl sitting next to her was stamping the fine receipts in advance, probably expecting to fill a few in the coming hours.

I went yesterday to Jomtien immigration for my annual Non-B extension and was not asked to show the TM30 form or any proof of address at all. My visa is now under consideration until October 30 which is the normal procedure.

Hello Kawaiimomo,
I am a member of the RCSC thai community, so I think I can help you.
We are sailing International One Meter boats, and we practice and race every sunday afternoon at Sarin City, Rama 2, Samut Sakhon. Most of the boats sailing there have been bought at http://www.mxcomponents.com/en/, and actually manufactured in Thailand by Thai Safepack.
Some of us design and build our own boats, which is very time consuming, but is also part of the passion! The sailors at Sarin are really friendly, and everyone is welcome to join and try our boats. I am not there very often these days, as building and sailing cannot be done at the same time ( at least I didn't find how to do!), but I can put you in contact with the leader of the group.
Feel free to PM me if you need further information.

This is good news I did not think there were any other RC sailboat sailors in Thailand
Do you have any details of the sailboat club
I sail my Stockmaritime 3x1 RC sailboat about twice week here in Phrachuap
cheers
There is a group sailing (and racing) IOM class every sunday afternoon at Sarin City, Samut Sakhon province. They will join the regatta in Ocean Marina this Sunday. Overall, 20+ boats should enter the regatta. Drop by to meet them, and join the group.
Cheers

Did you try to change the angulation of the radio antenna? It might sound stupid, but as it is the only difference I can see between the Champ model and the older one (which I own, and don't have this noise problem), the wind flow around it could be at the origin of the problem.

There is a shop selling water pipes soi Kao Noi (Soi Boonsampan), just after the gas station, on the right hand side when driving from Sukhumvit. They might have what you need.
Chalazion removal
in Pattaya
Posted
Eye Clinic at Central road (Pattaya Klang).
I had a chalazion removed by her two years ago. I paid something like 2500THB for the removal.
The doctor works at Queen Sirikit Hospital, Sattahip. She will be at the clinic in the evening (around 5pm)
The clinic is located on Pattaya Klang between Big C extra and food land at the opposite site.
