Just wonder if an annulment might be an option.

Not married in my home country.

Thai marriage was recognised and i got divorced in my home country as thai divorce is not recognised in home country.

I have been told that until i divorce in Thailand i am still legally married in Thailand!

I am divorced from my wife in my home country

She is settled there with a new partner.

I am in Thailand .

I want to divorce her in Thailand but she wont come here to do that.

Advice welcome.
