  1. had an event on 16nov. no control.

went to a hospital in  Bangkok on 20nov.

did 3ecg test. complete blood work up, chest x-ray, echo cardiograph.

came up with diagnoses of pneumonia and infection

    prescribed meiact 3 times a day, 21pills

    doxycycline 100mg. 1am, 1pm.

am reaching the end of prescribed meds.

keep running a low grade temp, which would be indicative of infection.

what is a better medication for my issue.

6yrs. ago when had pneumonia in the u.s. was prescribed, augmenten.

would it be safe to switch toaugmenten?

the doctor i saw at the hospital is only there on sat.

    thanks

  2. in 2005 when i had my DVT, i was put on warfarin and told it would be for life.

i have no complaints with warfarin and no side effects.

    it is affordable.

i have my own Roche tester and test every other week and maintain an INR level between 2.0 and 3.0.

if it works why rock the boat.

there is always something that comes along that is bigger, better, new and improved.

the pharmaceutical companies are always looking for new ways to make medicine more expensive.

the pharmacies where i used to purchase warfarin now say you have to go to a doctor.

i used the big pharmacy on soi. 71, that is why i put this question on here, if you know where you can get wafarin/ coumadin in Bangkok, please pass it on!!

So. East pharmacy also told me the same answer.
