Have used this company for roof channel, clamps mc4 connectors etc, they have prices for installed systems. Not sure how far they travel but you've got some prices, might save you having your pants pulled down.

Spose it's too difficult to terminate the wifi cable up the pole and get rid of the coils of wire. Usual mob doing the initial instalation don't have long enough ladders in the back of their bashed up utes.
How do they ever fault find a telephone cable fault? Back-in-day we connected a pulse echo tester on the faulty line, we knew the propergation speed through the telephone exchange and thru copper so we could calculate where the fault was. How can they do that here with all the wires coiled up?

Have you any outgoing MCB's/fuses or is everything on one circuit?
-
Without looking its a RCBO and wired before the MCCB (Main breaker) as the tripping function works with the MCCB open. I wonder if the installer ran the neutral through the MCCB or direct to the neutral bar in which case it would still trip with the MCCB open on neutral/earth fault. As others have said having a butchers inside the wiring accessories would be first action, no point ripping the whole consumer unit out unless the landlord is up for paying.
-
It sounds like a Neutral earth fault which can be a bugger to find. The trip is very sensitive 5-20mA. Would be good to have a peak inside that box.

Is it tripping with all the outgoing breakers switched off

Have put up a few panels, 2 running a irrigation pump direct and 4 running a 1500w PSW off grid inverter via 40A charge controller and 2 x 125A flooded lead acid batteries.
Heat is your enemy, electronics will fail if running near the limit so keep em cool. The panels rated output will drop when hot.
Many people are selling panels 300w Plus for around 4k baht.
Most don't sell the Ali profile,clamps,MC4 plugs, cable etc and online is the best way for these bits, ( ordered some 4Mtr Ali roof profile online and they had to cut it in half to transport ????)
Grid tie inverters seem to be expensive in Thailand compared to the overpriced UK.
Example Solax boost 3.3Kw UK £334, Thai 39K baht (£1044)
Feed in tariffs seem to be falling, I think less than 2 baht is the latest.
Grid tie self consumption seems to be the sensible option but keep an eye on the meter as you don't want a negative reading ????

Is it a RCD or MCB?

It flew over my place yesterday with a few others, great sound nothing like the modern prop planes

Hi
we planted a 10 x 10 grid of limes 4mtr apart in concrete rings around 3 years ago, some on bases some not. The mixture was 1 bag cow manure 1 bag rice husks and the rest soil (poor Isaan sand).
Some mistakes.
1 not knowing the types of limes being purchased, they all look green and sticky to me.
2 Should have not used concrete bases.
3 Poor mixing of potting mixture, the first 10 were OK well maybe the first 5.
4 Buy decent quality rings, my locally made ones would collapse if you tried to roll them.
5 Not treating leaf curl the moment you see it.
6 Thinking this would be easy.
Having said that I'm a part timer in Thailand with no real knowledge of farming so to see 8ft high lime trees in the land is very satisfying.
Things learnt.
1 Growing in rings needs good water/fertilizer management its very easy to over water and flush the nutrients out hence no concrete base (what happens when you over water with a base is water pisses out between the ring and base)
2 You get the opportunity to spend hours crouched down weeding said trees getting stung by fire ants and your bald head punctured by lime thorns
3 If mama sells your limes in the village she'll trouser the money????
You need a distraction to stop any thoughts of reaching for a beer at 9 in the morning.

Kubota Thailand now show prices on their website, the B2140 comes in 2 versions the narrow(sugar cane worker with the cage) and standard both 235K bare. Its worth noting that the dozer blade is not shown as a peripheral for the narrow version so those wanting to push dirt around might want to seek clarification.
Just spied a beaut on FB, 218K with dozer and mower.

The B2140 is a current Kubota model, think i was quoted 300K with tiller and disc but no front blade from Mahasarakham branch. Facebook marketplace is worth checking out 160-195k seems to be the going price.
