There are lots of clean dentists in Pattaya .well they always look clean when i visit them.
Especially the one at the end of soi 5 where immegration is in Jomtien

Perhaps the 90 year old lady could fly to London, tell the pension people she was back to stay and her pension would then be uprated. (but not back dated) Then in 6 months time she changes her mind and goes back to Canada.

Perhaps they could stop giving child benifit to the children of immegrants from the EU and use the cash to uprate our pensions .especially someone like me who paid in for it for 44 years.

Today i popped into the test centre to ask if you needed a doctors certificate( there was a sign on the wall saying you did from march 1st.. but the woman on the desk told my wife "depends on your residency certificate then went to immegration to get one .took 30 minutes and cost 300 baht asked the girl if i needed one .she said i did not. I assume its because i already have a licence and am on an oa visa. Hope this helps

I heard today that you now have to have a doctors certificate when getting a new 5 years licence it has to show that you dont have a variety of diseases including leprosy and elephantitus.no its not a joke it was in a Thai paper.anyone heard about it?

As was just said i should imagine the amounts any pensioner claims are quite small ,a few quid a week and even if he lives quite a long time it will not amount to much and then he would have to be dragged back to the UK( where his pension will be upgraded straight away and if he has no place to live accomodated untill the trial ) not forgeting these will be old people on trial so not great news stories for a few grand at most. Whereas the BENIFIT cheats are usually much younger already in the UK and have claimed very large sums of money.

You must be joking.if for no other reason than wanting a better exchange rate.if Corbyn gets in 43 baht to the pound will be a great figure to get .once Brexit is done and dusted the rate should at least go back up to 52 to the pound. This new one from Netflix has mixed reviews but I enjoyed the first 2 episodes.

I have read this thread along with others for years and like others i am sure i checked it out on the internet and the govt websites .some on here know someone or someone who knows someone who was caught. And had their pension stopped or were fined etc
But the govt website says you pension can NOT be stopped no ifs no buts thats what it says. And while there is quite a bit about benifit fraud there is NOTHING on anyone on google,yahoo etc being prosecuted for claiming increases while living in any country.
Thats it just my little bit to add to the discusion. If i am wrong sorry please enlighten me

Of course - could be just my missus.

My missus lived in the UK for years one of her favourite foods yorkshire pudding .mind you if i ever eat fried locusts she looks at me with disgust.lol by the way our son loves shepards pie .
