About Me
SwimmingPools (Thailand ) Co. Ltd. is a wholly Thai owned company that incorporates The Thailand Online Swimming Pool Shop and the SPTpools™ brand of custom built concrete in-ground pools. A total of seven European sales and technical staff including a full-time IT manager assist our office and warehouse personnel and the deployment of our 47 -strong service and construction team and drivers.
Construction:
With over 40 years of experience brought from the UK, France, and Germany, dating back to 1974, our staff have been constructing and refurbishing pools in Thailand since 2000. From our headquarters in Nong Bua Lamphu, most of our pools are built in the Isaan provinces, especially Buriram, Chayaphum, Kalasin, Khon Kaen, Loei, Nong Khai, Nakhon Ratchasima, Roi Et, Sisaket, Surin, Ubon Ratchathani, Udon Thani, provinces, but we also build pools as far away as Chiang Mai, Krabi, Rayong, Nakhon Si Thammarat, and Vientiane and Luang Prabang in Laos. Since 2020 we have the capacity to build up to six pools at any one time
Supplies:
In response to a growing demand for transparency in the sale of pool supplies and equipment, our online store was launched in January 2012, the first of its kind in Thailand. We offer only guaranteed branded products from major manufacturers with full customer and product support, and a fully comprehensive range of advice, design, and construction services. For some brands of pool equipment, we are the only officially certified retailer.
Except for items subject to special order and some articles that may occasionally be temporarily out of stock, we generally ship within 24 hours, and often on the same day (weekends and public holidays excepted) for orders placed before 12:00 noon.
Due to the exponential increase in traffic on our website and online sales, in January 2015 we doubled our warehouse capacity and launched a completely refurbished online store site. In 2018 we doubled our warehouse capacity again and upgraded our web server hardware in the Bangkok data centre. In July 2021, in order to provide an even better and more stable visitor experience, we moved our server hardware to a more modern, faster data centre in Bangkok.
We listen to our customers, and our PR company follows the forums. Many of the ideas and innovations we have brought to the marketing of pool products in Thailand have been based on valuable suggestions from our thousands of regular clients. We have web pages in English, French, German, Swedish, and Thai, and our online store site includes a wealth of technical advice pages.
We now offer ranges of our own branded high quality pool chemicals at competitive prices.
Our stores (no franchises) are maintained by us and are managed by competent and multilingual staff.
We speak perfect English, French, German, Swedish, and of course Thai.
