  1. They feel nothing is wrong with their behaviour and I know many that don't even stop after moving overseas.

What about your behaviour sleeping with prostitutes and sluts?

and what is wrong with sleeping with prostitutes and or sluts?

He is judging their behaviour I am suggesting he looks at his own...personally I haven't gave my opinion whether positive or negative.

But here is my opinion now you ask: it's a bit lame.

  2. Could we make it a 1 day (not 1 week) celebration, ban ice water, ban throwing of water at anyone riding motorcycles, designate "happy" zones where you CAN throw water, but only in these areas not the main streets and also ban throwing of water at people who are wildly gesticulating "NO" and saying "NO" in Thai also please. I'm getting more than a tad sick of getting soaked and powdered every time I walk out of the house. Thanks.

Yes let's start banning stuff, that's why we moved to Thailand.

  3. PS - if you want to teach English in Thailand there is one more thing that will prove invaluable....that is the urge to TEACH.

As a teacher you have a responsibility to your students and just hoping that it will give you a way of financing your stay i Thailand with your g/f is not enough.

    No truer words

  4. ok this isn't the place, it's getting kind of sad and hard to understand especially with the bad English.

    You have

a lot of things you need to work through in your own time. Can you seek counseling or talk to someone?

You have HIV so what?! It's not you you are more than that. Forget you have it. Avoid dating sites and meet real girls find some one nice take it slow, build emotions and feelings and then take it from there.

Or even forget dating for a while, remember no one can make you happy only yourself.

Forget the HIV for a while

PM if u want to talk

You seem to be going about this the wrong way, but it might just be something you need to work through...You are obviously in a very emotional fragile place at the moment...hope this time isn't too tough for you...don't do anything too stupid

We are all going to die here

PM me if you need advice

  6. Hi Kevin

Just been reading your post, and i do feel for you with your current situation, As for medication for yourself in Thailand , like the other posts have said, ''The Red Cross'' would be a good start, if not, they could point you in the right direction..

As for finding a ''Partner'' i am sure you will find someone , who will love you and be there for you 24/7, like wise you would do the same for her too..

Sorry to hear that you lost your job, but you sound upbeat which is a great attitude..

Thailand and Thai people are very accepting of most things, which is one of the reasons i live here, everyone just gets on with it, ...

All i can say is Look after yourself, and remeber its 2014 , there is so much Technology and Medication out there, and its getting better every day.

All the best, please keep us posted with the outcome.... BE STRONG....

    Cheers

    Robert

    Hi Robert,

I'm reading your reply with tears.I suffered a lot of things in these two years and I have no one to talk to.Discrimination can happen anywhere and anytime here. It's extremely hard for AIDS patients to seek legal help in China, and there have been several court cases over AIDS employment discrimination, the claimant failing to win in all of them.

As you said it's 2014 and maybe we can be saved in the next ten years.Who knows.

Finding a partner is difficult here because of the gender imbalance. It's terrible to live alone 24/7 till the life ends.Oh please forgive my sentimental.

Thank you again for what you have said.

    Best Regards

    Kevin

That is so moving. Wish you a lot of strength and support Kevin.

Obviously you have HIV, not AIDS, and its terrible that companies would discriminate in this way and that there is no recourse for you regarding losing your job.

Most people are still very ignorant about HIV.

Hopefully one day there will be more awareness and hopefully it will also be curable.

Take care Kevin, and hope you find what you are looking for both in terms of treatment and a loving partner.

Unfortunately the job discrimination exists in Thailand as well. I know of cases where employees were let go when they were found to have HIV. It is common for companies to test potential employees and if they turn up HIV + they will not get a job. I have a friend in this situation now and suffering depression as he can't find a job even with a Master's Degree. Thailand is not much different than China in that regard. The Red Cross Clinic has been a great asset for those with HIV. Fortunately my friend is on a good regimen from the public health service and other than the stress of unemployment he is doing ok. Good luck to you Kevin. I don't know how long you have been taking the medications but the body does adjust to most of them over time. While you might be able to buy medication in Thailand you want to be sure that you have continuing access to the same medications. Getting medications from Thailand and then running out and having to go to your local clinic for a different medication is not good. Many people in Thailand have had trouble with nausea or drowsiness when first taking medications but it gradually goes away. There are probably more and new medications available in Thailand but unless you have a continuing source of these I suggest you stay with what the doctors in China are giving you as you have access. Watch the CD4 and viral load tests for improvement. I know this is a difficult situation for you and you are not alone. My Thai friend feels alone, lost, and unwanted. He gets pressure from his parents so he feels at odds with them which does not help his situation. Fortunately his sisters are supportive. All I can say is to hang in there. Obviously there are a lot of good people who have posted information for you and are hoping for the best for you. Take care.

What jobs in Thailand want a HIV test?

HIV testing of employees is not permitted, according to the Ministry of Labour’s Code of Practice on Prevention and Management of HIV/AIDS in the Establishment. Section 5.1.1 states that there can be no requirement for testing for HIV/AIDS or any request for certification of whether a person is HIV-positive or negative as part of the screening of job applicants and employees or as part of the employment conditions.

    EASY

    Good luck.

Why are you limiting yourself to HIV+ women?

    Thank you so much.

I think HIV - women will not accept me and they may discriminate against me.I don't have the initiative when facing them and I choose give it up.

Maybe all of these were my suspicion.

But one thing is certain that I do not want to infect my woman/wife with HIV.

Perhaps people will say YOU CAN USE THE CONDOMS.

But I really want our babies.

Why would you infect them? I know plenty of serodiscordant couples. Now you are on meds your Viral load should drop to undetectable. And You still can have babies with a HIV- woman. You sound VERY uneducated and defeatist about HIV, maybe it is from where you live. Educate yourself.

    These all were your suspicion.

Be positive my friend. Its a chronic illness now like having diabetes. check out that link i sent posted or poz.com etc.http://www.bluelight.org/vb/threads/690158-The-HIV-Megathread

  8. Of course not. I had to keep that part hidden. If she knew my past, she would finish with me. Why ask such a stupid, pointless question?

If you found out your girlfriend was an ex bar girl who had serviced 100s of men, wouldn't you walk away?

What's wrong with criticisizing bargirls even though I enjoy them for sex? Yes, I enjoy them but ultimately I found it unsatisfying from an emotional point of view. Similar to looking at porn. Meaningless in the big picture. Very few guys could ever attract a hot Baccara girl back home. I've seen their types in the clubs surrounded by groups of men all jostling for the chance. I criticize the bar girl acting as eventually their true feelings are seen and its unsettling. Like watching a children's movie star leave a set to go for a smoke.

If you find my posts trollish, why in the hell do you not only read them but in fact respond? Are you completely retarded?

    who you talking to?
