Specializing in western + mediterranean vegetarian food. What are people looking for? Soups? Salad dressings? Is "organic" going to sell better than regular. What about Thai snacks. Rice paper rolls, frozen (home-made of course) spring rolls, etc.? Pita breads? Hummus? Various other dips? Any kind of input will be appreciated, thank you.
