Korean Hot Grilled
Ingredients
600 g Pork sirloin, sliced into 2x3-inch pieces
½ cup TEA POT sweetened Condensed Non-Dairy Half Creamed
3 tablespoons Kikkoman soy sauce
2 tablespoons Roasted white sesame, slightly crushed
1 tablespoon Tonkatsu sauce
2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
1 Spring onion, sliced
2 tablespoons Sesame oil
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 tablespoons Grounded pepper
2 tablespoons Garlic, finely chopped
Methods
1. Mix TEA POT sweetened Condensed Non-Dairy Half Creamed, Kikkoman soy sauce, roasted white sesame, Tonkatsu sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, sugar, pepper and garlic together, stir well.
2. Marinate pork in the mixture and put in to the fridge for 1 hour.
3. Grill pork with moderate fire until cooked. Eat with sauce, grilled vegetables or Kimji.

Panna Cotta Berry Sauce
Ingredient
4 piece Soaked Jellatin
3 cups F&N Magnolia half Cream
½ cup sugar
3 tea spoons vanilla flavors
Berry Sauce
1 cup Frozen Mix berry
1 cup Strawberry
1 cup water
Method
1. Blended the mixed berry with water
2. Boil in pot continue stirring add ½ cup of sugar and simmer till the sauce is thick and cool down ,chilled in refrigerator.
3. Boil sugar and F&N Magnolia half Cream in double boil pot add the gelatin and vanilla flavor stir well. Move out and pour in mold and chill for 3hours. Serve with berry sauce.

I add Carnation but made it not too sweet and put salami, OMG!! Delicious!

1 Egg
1 table spoon Carnation Evaporated Milk
1 teaspoon Cooking sauce
1 tablespoon Red, green, yellow bell pepper
1 table spoon Cut sausages
As liked mozzarella
Oregano
oil
Directions:
1. Beat egg with Carnation Evaporated milk cooking sauce bell pepper and sausage.
2. Heat the oil in the pan pour the egg ingredient pan fry. Flip the egg then add the mozzarella, oregano serve hot.
Thai Mango Tango!

Ingredients
2 cups Mango paste
1 ½ cups F&N Magnolia half Cream
น้ำตาลทราย ½ cup sugar
2 Teaspoons Agar powder
¾ cup water
1 can Bear Brand Satirize milk
2 table spoon Carnation Sweetened Condensed non-dairy half creamer
1 ½ cup crush ice
1. Solve the agar power in water then boil, add sugar and stir well add 1 cup of mango paste, boiled add the F&N Magnolia half Cream stirred and boil move from stove. Pour in mold and wait until cold. The agar will set in hard form cut in small pieces(dice) for decoration.
2. Add the mango paste in blender, Carnation Sweetened Condensed non-dairy half creamer, crush ice, Bear Brand Satirize milk blended until smooth pour in glass then garnish with whipping cream and mango agar, serve.
