Cymbalta in Thailand
Thanks again. If the patent's expired, that explains a lot. They told me at Siam Pharmacy there's a substitute coming out soon called Duloz (I believe) made by a local manufacturer, so hopefully that will be cheaper.

Cymbalta in Thailand
Thank you, Sheryl. Now that you're reminding me, I rember contacting Medtide at some point, so maybe I'll reach out to them again. You wouldn't happen to know why Eli Lilly are taking it off the market in Thailand?

Cymbalta in Thailand
I've been buying Cymbalta at Siam Pharmacy for the last few years, and suddently I'm being told they've "discontinued" this drug. Although they didn't word it that way, I'm assuming this means the Thai importer of this drug has stopped importing it for some reason. So I called the importer (Zuellig Pharma Thailand) but am having a hard time getting to talk to someone who knows anything about it. I feel like I'm basically being stonewalled. I therefore reached out to the US manufacturer, Eli Lilly, but I'm getting no response there either. Interestingly, running a search for Cymbalta on Eli Lilly's website produces exactly ZERO hits. Does anyone know what's going on with this? I've managed to acquire a batch from Samitivej hospital for now (at about double the cost), but I'd like to find a long term solution.

Renew "marriage visa" or just get a new extension?
Thanks guys. Yeah, I'll be depositing the required 400k well ahead of time.

Renew "marriage visa" or just get a new extension?
Hi folks, I'm planning a trip right before my current stamp expires. Can I just get a re-entry permit and then do an extension when returning (five days before my stamp expires) to Thailand? Or do I have to apply for a new visa while abroad? I'd appreciate any input. Nayet

Buying Rifaximin?
Thanks, I appreciate the advice. I actually started having second thoughts about the whole thing the same day I went to the hospital. I no longer think it's SIBO, and I haven't touched the rifaximin yet.

Buying Rifaximin?
Thanks, it's for suspected SIBO, and I actually managed to get some rifaximin at Samitivej hospital after talking to one of their gastroenterologists.

Buying Rifaximin?
Any updates from anyone? I'm currently trying to find a vendor but having little luck. I know you can order online, but I don't like the payment options.

Extension Requirements, 60 day extension based on marriage to Thai
Thank you, FK! One thing I don't understand is where I'm supposed to get the TM30 slip from, since it was submitted online, where you don't get any kind of confirmation to print?

Extension Requirements, 60 day extension based on marriage to Thai
I know the requirements for the one year extension, but I can't find a list of items to submit for a 60 day extension. I'm guessing the same things you need for a the year extension minus the 400 000 Baht, but I wanted to see if anyone knows specifically. I'm doing the extension in Samut Prakan.

400k for non-O multiple entry
Thanks, I'm on the SE visa now. According to the information provided by DrJack54, I will hopefully be able to make a 1-year extension based on monthly income after that.

400k for non-O multiple entry
Sorry for my late response. I'm Swedish. I remember getting an income letter from my embassy (for a different purpose) a couple of years ago, but I'm not sure that's going to help now. Also, because the money is not from any kind of pension fund (and the amont varies), won't I basically incriminate myself as someone working without a work permit? I'd be interested to know if anyone has had problems getting multiple consecutive Single Entry visas, as this seems to be my only recourse for the time being.

400k for non-O multiple entry
Sorry, I'm not very good at reading. My income, for the most part, is above 40k per month, but it varies. I wonder if that will pose a problem?

400k for non-O multiple entry
My health insurance is about 35k Baht a year, quite a bit less than 400k.

How do they enforce TM30 submissions?
That little detail (which of course there is no mention of on the form. It only says ชื่อ / Name) made all the difference. Turns out my first attempt WAS successful.

400k for non-O multiple entry
I am over 50. I don't know about the agent/ongoing extensions option. Where can I find more information about that? FYI, I don't have the 400k due to of a series of bad financial decisions, but I'm not destitute. My (wife's) mortgage is equivalent to $160 a month. If I can't afford to live here, I can't afford to live anywhere else either.

400k for non-O multiple entry
Yeah, that's probably what I'll end up doing.

400k for non-O multiple entry
This may be old news on the forum, but I just discovered that the consulate in Savannakhet now requires proof of 400k for multiple entry non-O visas. Does anyone know of any good alternatives for people who don't meet the 400k requirement?

How do they enforce TM30 submissions?
Thanks, Caldera. Fortunately for me, I never go to immigration nowadays.

How do they enforce TM30 submissions?
Thanks, QQ. So apparently it didn't work. We'll see if I can motivate myself to try again later after someone hopefully answers my question.

How do they enforce TM30 submissions?
Once again I have tried submitting the TM30 notification, and I have no idea if I did it correctly. It should be trivially easy for a halfway decent programmer to set up the webpage to display some sort of confirmation once the TM30 report is correctly submitted. Either way, does anyone know how they enforce the TM30 rule? If enforcement is handled by the same people that designs the TM30 user interface, I guess I have nothing to worry about anyway.

Help with TM30
Yes, I did. I'm going to e-mail them and see if they can provide support.

Help with TM30
Thanks, ThailandNinja, though it doesn't address my problem, which is it says "insufficient data" even though I've filled out everything I see.

Help with TM30
Is there some sort of TM30 tutorial in English online? I just tried to do the TM30 report online, but I have no idea if it worked or how to verify that I did it correctly. Any help would be appreciated.
