Went to Hugo Bar & Eatery last week.. It's located somewhere in ekkamai soi 12 opp vanilla garden restaurant. They serve classic dishes like duck confit, beer battered fish & chips.. Loved the fish & chips.. It's not the dory fish that most restaurants uses.. Not really sure what was it but tasted awesome.. Nice dessert there too.. Ordered salted caramel brioche toast with vanilla ice cream.. Go try serious! It's good..

Am starting to realise this but still don't totally understand...

Is it really so hard to sell? Like, do you even manage to get people to view your apartment?

I manage to find a few actually however the price asking is far too high. So got to keep looking then. They did agree but it's out of my budget.

Actually I can't cope with the downpayment that's why I don't want to get loan as well. But paying monthly is alright for me. Coz it will take quite awhile to save up that sum.
