  1. I love the but gun but Ladies need to be aware that they should always be spraying from front to back as spraying from back to front can cause unwanted partials into their vagina and cause a urinary tract infection, which can then lead to kidney infections. (UTI ) Just saying...

Guns can always be dangerous :)

UTI's and vaginal infections are very different. Just thought I'd mention it.

    What causes UTIs?

Bacteria (bak-TIHR-ee-uh), a type of germ that gets into your urinary tract, cause a UTI. This can happen in many ways:

Wiping from back to front after a bowel movement (BM). Germs can get into your urethra, which has its opening in front of the vagina (vuh-JEYE-nuh).

  3. Hi I am an Australian 39 year old female in Samui.

I have a six year old studying in Thailand and before we arrived from Australia on the 3rd of Jan 2014 my daughter received a non-immigrant ED for 90 days and I received an Non Immigrant O 90 days because I am her guardian.

My partner has a Non Immigrant B because he works here. We are not married but have a 'registered relationship certificate' which is a legal document in Australia which gives you the same rights as married couples which the Thai embassy in Australia seemed to recognise.

Our 1 year old son has a Non Immigrant O year long visa with mulitple entry which we applied for under my partners B visa. We have the documentation for my daughter and I to now apply for a years extension on our visa but I have read that I need evidence of a minimum of 500,000THB in an local account, for a minimum of 90 days.

    Please excuse my ignorance but here are a few Questions for you experienced expats;

    1. I have only opened an account yesterday and so by the time my visa is up I would have only had an Thai account around 50 days. I cant deposit the 500000THB into the account until around another 10 days so I would of only had it in for around 40 days. How are my chances of still receiving the visa extension?
    2. Will my daughter be able to receive her extension even if I don't?
    3. If I don't receive my extension do I have to go to a Thai embassy in another country to apply for another non immigrant O single entry? Then in another 90 days apply for years extension (after money has been in bank for over 90 days)
    4. If my daughter doesn't receive her extension can I just take her passport with me to another country to apply for another 90 day visa or does she have to come?
    5. Are there any kind of shorter visa extensions I can get without leaving the country to give some more time for the money to be in my account?
    6. Do I just get a stamp every 90 days from Samui Immigration for my son?
    7. Should or can I instead apply for a year long non immigrant O visa based on my partner/husbands Non Immigrant B visa and what would this entail and would it mean I would have to do visa run every 90 days?

    Thanks in Advance.

  5. Talk to your boss about it and tell them you have to leave to get a new job elsewhere. Secure a new job in another city. LEAVE! In secret with a note left for her to tell her how you feel and logistics. Pay the rent for her for 1 month and start afresh. New phone. New Facebook. Count your losses. This is an emotional and physical abusive relationship and will NEVER get better...

  6. Hi All

We are moving to Samui for a year around the 3rd of Jan and looking for accommodation. I am happy to book something for the first 3 months online (as I know it will be busy then) and then will wait till we get there to find another place for the next 9 months. I have searched the web and have found a couple of places but was just wondering if anyone had something available to our needs from Jan 4th.

We are 2 adults a 6 year old and a then 1 year old; so child friendly.

    At least 2 bedroom.

In Bophut area; my child will go to school near Big C.

    Prefer:

    A freestanding house

    Walk to swimming beach

    Shared or private pool

    Walk to food market

    2 bathrooms

    Good kitchen

    Wifi

    Sat TV

    Aircon

    Washing machine

    Short drive to big C

    Around 35,000 per month

If you have anything please let me know.

    Thanks in advance
