    I hold the contract for a 57sqm unit at Rama 9, Central Bangkok. This is the A-Space Asoke-Ratchada Project developed by LPN. THe development is approx. 10mins away from Fortune Shopping Centre, Rama 9 MRT station. Each of the block including mine has a roof garden. The fully furnished unit, complete with walk-in wardrobe, two king-sized beds, TV, cooker hob etc has a POOLVIEW. It has two rooms and is located on the second floor.

    25-month downpayment has been paid in full. Outstanding amount to be paid upon transfer to developer is 2,219,500 Baht.

    Expected date of completion is June 2009.

    Despite you being snotty Mr Cigman, I'll suggest you try either Makro or Carrefor, maybe one of those carries the brand you desire.

    Good god man, that is about a pound a packet. How much cheaper do you want them to be? If cost is such an issue, why not take up falling rain or krung Tip?

    I'll stick to my 60 baht a pack Marlboro :o

    Hi all u smokers out there iam looking for the cheapest place in bangkok to buy Benson &Hedges cigarettes in 200s the cheapest i have found them so far is 700bht for 200 at Pacific liqour on Sukhumvit but i have been told there are cheaper places but dont know where anyone out there point me in a cheaper direction

    Hi Grewy,

    The active ingredient of Propecia is Finasteride. each Propecia tab has 1 mg of Finasteride in it. Propecia is an expensive way to go.

    An alternative that I do is to buy Proscar. The active ingredient is likewise Finasteride. But each tab is 5 mg of Finasteride; at the same price as Propecia.

    Now cut each tab into 4 pieces. Take one piece per day.*Do not let any females touch the tabs as it can be harmful for them or any unborn children*

    The cost is now 1/4th of propecia for the same effect. Technically one could cut the tabs into 1/5ths. But I'd imagine that'd be a bitch and wouldn't bother.

    The absolute cheapest I have been able to price both Proscar and Propecia is 55 baht per tab (in Khon Kaen).

    Generic Finasteride can be found even cheaper from some Indian companies; but to have it shipped here, etc...I don't know if it's worth the bother...

    PS. Finasteride is not supposed to work in the temple area, but I have noticed fresh young hairs come in; as has my wife. I have used Proscar for about 2 1/2 months now..

    Can anybody help wondering if anybody knows wher you can buy propecia in thailand ...hair loss treatment..can only find at the moment from pharmacies in U.S....surely you can buy iy here... :o

    Hi everyone I have one or two questions regarding Paypal:

    1. Is it possible to open a Paypal account while in Thailand with a credit/debit card issued in the UK with the Paypal account being linked to a say, Barclays UK business account?

    2. If such is the case, can a Paypal account linked to a UK bank accept Steling USD and Euros?

    3. Does anyone know of alternative services apart from Paypal, the likes of for example 2checkout.com where trading from Thailand should not pose any problems?

    I have been using Bangkok Bank as they have a branch in London and had a big network of ATM machines in Chiang Mai. I have now relocated to Pattaya and have noticed that Siam Commercial has a stranglehold on the city - it seems every 7-eleven has a Siam ATM machine. Does anyone here know if any Thai banks apart from Bangkok Bank have a branch in the UK?.

                        Generally I have not been satisfied with the service in Bangkok Bank - Any suggestions of other banks would be greatly welcomed.

    i bank With Kasikorn bank could not be happier very easy to set up account instant ATM card and the internet banking is great too ,, not sure about branch in uk though sorry....happy banking :o

    last time i was in the LoS my only sufference was caused by the love of my flesh from the mosquitoes!

    i will be in the LoS again shortly and wondered if anyone knows of any repellent for the body and for the rooms which actually work!

    first time i was in los applied the mossie repellent i bought in uk ...just did not work so ventured to boots to buy a new one found boots own brand repellent gel in silver bottle that night while everyone around was smacking themselves silly to get rid of the mossies i sat completly content....i have used it ever since ...good luck

    moving to bkk in august wondered if any of you know of any farang football teams that play in bkk looking to join a team maybe some of the pubs have teams dont know...anyway cheers hope somebody knows any if there any..
