How you handle the Chinese tourists is like cattle.

They are important, but develop a city for Chinese tourists. Chinatown at the beach.

In this case Thai companies has to invest (wrong word again) , because at this moment Thailand has not enough resorts for the Chinese and many Hotels don't want to accept the Chinese groups.

So invest and i have rather 10 million tourists which spend US$ 1.000 than 30 million which spend 200 US$. Take your calculator.

TAT focus on the quantity not the quality of the tourists and indeed every month they change their focus, but never think about what kind of attractions they can offer to their tourists.

It is a pity their experience with other tourist countries is so low. Look how the western countries set up their tourists attractions. Thailand has a long way to go.
But the tourists industry can grow when they attract professional foreigners. Sorry i have to make this conclusion.

Sometimes it is better to say nothing than to make a wrong analyse.

The western market plunged last year especially by the polital uncertainity.

I think you must take another way of thing.

Normally by the situation between Russia and the world, Russian people will be less welcome in Europe even muslim population,so they will search other destinations. Asia !
But the Russian valua is 50% LOWER

The expectations of Thai ministers and managers are always optimistic and of course there well be a reason at the end of the year why Thailand didn't reach the 4% grow.

I think that the QE operations in Europe and Japan not have the results as QE had before, because they are more busy to pay their outstanding debts than investing in employment and industry.

When the value of euro and yen get weaker they will more export than import. Thailand will not have advantage of the QE.
I expect the most important businesscountry will be China, because that country is developing quickly to get the same level as Hong Kong and Singapore. They have also big money to spend.

So don't be depending on Europe or Japan, maybe investing in Thailand by Thai enterpreneurs could be also attractive to have more quality product to export and don't search it in agri-culture products because they are low priced.

I believe a big investment in the quality service in tourism can bring good money, because there is a lot of terrorism in countries that tourists will search safe places to spend their holiday-money.

Begin 2014 i was scared that Egypt events are going to happen in Thailand.

I believe Thailand need a man like as PM Prayut to clear the corruption and make more differentiation in the economic structure to get ready for the future.

What they did in 8 months is much in my eyes, but there is much to do.

Not many Thai are interested in politics, they look to the money they have to spend.
But the corruption take a lot of the development an i hope they will seize the money and properties.

The Thai economy is now depending to much on the car-production by foreign companies.

The agriculture is important but must go work in cooperation and scale up, because the prices are low.

PS When you order mini-busses don't look only to the quotation, but also to the quality.
A mini-bus from Scania or Volvo can be used for 30 years and a Chinese product for 10 years.

In that case pay 1 million baht more for longtime quality.

I believe that the cars made in Thailand are foreign brand. Toyota, Honda, BMW, Mercedes and more..

If those foreign companies are going to make less cars, Thailand will not produce 2.2 million cars.

What i mean to tell you that the industrial ¨production is depending from foreign decision.

If those companies leave from Thailand, Thailand can jump high but can't help that there is a lower production.
