  1. From what I read it was a converted Isuzu truck made into a bus, it’s also over 50 years old! The Benz badging was only cosmetic I think.
  2. That problem is very common in many Thai neighborhoods, way too many dogs, period.
  3. Hopefully they cut the old guy a break, let him pay for his vitamin C. Have to have a little sympathy for the guy
  4. And I would love to know the speed that he was driving! Those delivery trucks have a bad reputation in my eye, they are very wreck less and drive way too fast! Possibly pressure from a boss or just want to get done early.
  5. The janitor brings him is flip flops back to him, Thais can be so passive!! They all should have jumped his ass and performed a beat down! So many idiots get away with too much crap especially on the roads! And it continues to get worse every year!
  6. Why would you were a helmet on an electric 3 wheeler, top speed is 7 kph, do you wear a helmet when you walk?
  7. Don’t be surprised!! Most of the idiots on the road don’t knock off their speed for anything, they are clueless about road safety. Sad truth about Thailand ☺️
  8. Have you seen what’s used for transporting kids to and from school?? ASEANnow finds photos on line with no bearing whatsoever on Thailand! Vans and pickups are overloaded with kids all across Thailand daily, I think we’re fortunate that we don’t see this more often. No such thing as seatbelts either.
  9. We have been hearing for a long time about these young guys causing problems around Pattaya, racing, loud scooters why can’t something be done, are the police really that bad?
  10. Turn on the news, a real news channel and see what’s happening in many cities across Europe’s not xenophobia it’s truth and it’s not good! Just look what’s happening in the Uk right now, maybe you should pull your head out of the sand.
  11. lol why not stop that person on the street and ask for the passport? Wouldn’t that be easier? Half the farangs walking around look suspicious 😂
  12. I just spent all day Sunday at Ch-am beach when we arrived it was very quiet, around 9am. Within the first 2 hours relaxing on a beach chair (30 baht) we probably had 15-20 vendors trying to sell a variety of things. My friend being Thai was asking everyone how business was and they all said it’s been very slow. But by 2pm it looked very busy, up and down beach road, in my opinion. is it possible the economy or the terrible road construction going and coming from Bangkok could be a factor! It is ridiculous at the moment, hopefully the new elevated highway is done soon.
