Here's another thing I don't get, why people here use drugs without air conditioning? Wouldn't the whole " sweating your balls off " completely kill any high?

2 months so far, not a craving for cigs. Started Swedish snus, and find it more easier to put down. Even met one of the persons involved with production of pioneer snus down at Pattaya. Mr. Thomas Brenilen ( last name not sure he's a swede can't pronounce ) hand delivered a roll of Pioneer Snus while on R&R from R&R lol. Nice fellow very enjoying Hi-So living here in Thailand. I recommend snus over American chew, since it's not as addictive as Skoal, whatnot due to its lack of any chemicals. I know this,...killing yourself is not a good thing for everybody. And I think if you habitually think there's no way of feeling better, no hope at all, and get stuck thinking stuck then ultimately it's going to effect your rationality. That being said hope this helps someone,...but this is probably going to go on at this rate ( about 4 / month for foreigners ) until who knows. I don't think this just refers to foreign nationals, either, that whole rice pledging scheme caused like 10 people to kill themselves. Could it be that the vibe here for everyone is when something insurmountable happens, this place will somehow suck the strength out of you, and you just kill yourself.

Dude I'm just happy that in all that I've been through to,...NOT BE THAT GUY THAT KILLS HIMSELF...the last thing on my mind wouldn't be " Palm trees, hookers, and ending my life. Yeah I'm trying to feel some compassion, but it get pretty monotonous since that makes like what five suicides since the beginning of March? It's the same, for what ever reason, people foreign to Thailand, choose to come here and kill themselves,....a lot, am I wrong or what?

Wouldn't an engine swap then LPG conversion be more safe? I have LPG new style ( injectors to each cylinder ) been driving with it in 2006 Toyota altis with no problems except regular maintenance of the LPG apparatus under the hood. But I have seen these things catch fire an B-B-Q an entire car. Good luck

It's not the roads,...it's these idiots waking up in the morning, getting in and driving these big trucks/cars whatnot and not thinking about anything else, i.e. Road signs, stop lights, people walking along side the road,...absolutely oblivious to anything, backwoods kinda peeps.

It's how it is here, people just don't come out helping anybody for free, but when Bangkok flooded, I guess everyone felt that they were in the same boat, and everybody helped everybody...(most of them at the least). Anyways,...not good baggage to bring to Thailand, that kinda stuff should stay at home, you can't really get more of a chill atmosphere here in Thailand, maybe Okinawa and that's if your deployed there....once the Kashatshu see your an American, they pretty much leave you to your own devices.
