I only used it on the London Abu Dhabi sector, I was in business class and price was same for all classes 27$Us for flight duration. I don't know about second sector as I was sleeping so didn't use it, however they announced that it was available at the start of the flight so I'm presuming it would work over India and China. Incidentally Ethiad business class is so superior to Thai business class it must be embarrassing for our national airline

Retuned to Thailand last week from the UK with Ethiad Airways. Using my sling box and I pad was able to watch Liverpool v Spurs live at 30'000 feet connected to the planes WiFi. Connection during the whole of the flight was perfect.

Saw the best ever in Shenanigans last night, 3 Russians came in during the storm carrying 7/11 bags containing beer and water. To be fair they did order food but drank the stuff they had brought with them. Strange that none of the staff took any notice as if it was the norm.

Around Pattaya area are many great golf courses, try St Andrews, Emerald , Phoenix and you can have some real banter and fun with the caddies at the Navy course.

Friendship is a few blocks down from dot com, Vila market is next to Dusit Thani boutique hotel on 2nd road. KP is tricky to find , I think they have a map on their website

You can get almost everything you describe in Friendship, however on things like rice pudding sometimes they have sometimes not. If you start at friendship, then go to Vila Market, followed by Central food hall, and finishing at KP foods behind Big C you should get everything you need except I have to confess I've never seen sherbet dabs or dime bars. That my shopping route every 2 weeks.
