It's located near Big C extra(ex carrefour) on central pattaya road.It seems fairly decent inside,2 floors i believe,it has gym and offers some martial arts classes. Price for gym is really cheap -1,000 baht a month or 4,500 a year. Did anyone went there? Why so cheap?Seeing that tony's in soi buakhao is almost 3k baht a month

Well it's a well known fact most of TV users are hating everything what's related with thai in any means.Saying that thais don't care about death it just moronic but understandable.Most of the foreigners don't speak thai thus can't understand everything that's going on,believe me those who can speak are seeing the country on whole new level.

I read now 9 pages about the so called changes.

But does anybody have firsthand experience that this is implemented.

According to Phuket immigration nothing has changed.

This does not mean that no changes will happen in the future but according them no new instructions from Bangkok are passed down to Phuket Immigration.

Many times before we hear about rule changes which turned out not to be correct.

Until then wait and see.

It is not a change to immigration requirements.

It is new forms for getting a letter from the MOE needed for the extension.

OP also states it is only for Bangkok at this time.

No wonder why so many people are confused because everyone call it "extension" .Ed visa extension is when you report every 3 months at immigration,right?

New requirements are for people who will start to make ed visa and apply to MOE,not the ones who currently use ED visa and are making extension every 3 months at immigration. Am i right?

So basically what i'm asking is if i decided to get marry to my thai girlfriend(we've been together for 5 years) can we just go into visa agency and give all required documents(with a proof of 400.000baht bank balance)?

Basically we just want to get marry for "paper" first (as i don't have much money) so i can live with her in Thailand.(thus not doing tourists/ed visa all the time)

(her family doesn't need sinsod etc.).
