  1. Your best bet is to take you wife and land papers to the local land office,they will clarify the leagal owner of the disputed land.If you have a "Chanote" there will be boundary posts set in all 4 corners of your land,if this is the case there is no dispute.

  2. May I suggest that you go to the Local Tax Office and tell them what you are Planning on doing,they should be able to tell you if a Farang is permitted to carry out this type of business as a Sole Proprietor in Thailand. As long as it is not a restricted business for Thais only, you should not have any problems.
