  1. Fishings bad for the reds on here today, they are doing their best to divert the topic and nobody is biting.

Who is responsible for enforcing the conditions of Jatuporns bail?

Must be someone that a complaint can be laid with.

After all he is clearly and publicly breaching the conditions of his bail.

Go straight to jail, do not pass go, do not collect 200,000.

Nuttawat and others could be in the same position after parliament closes today, no more parliamentary immunity.

Jatuporn's and Nuttawut's bail condition includes "not to create any disturbances"

  2. I see the reality very clearly - on both sides of the divide. The reality is that an unelected mob is trying to usurp power by undemocratic extra parliamentary measures. I find that unacceptable. So would you in your country. Why do you find it acceptable over here?

Don't. Nor did I find the terrorist insurgency in 2010 acceptable. Did you ?

Dam_nit, I'm sliding back to principles which makes me a "red apologist" I guess, although I'm not to be because I don't believe Yingaling has done squat and this government needs to go.

However, what was the cause of that 2010 debacle? Track it back to 2006, and you would be correct. 2010 didn't happen in a vacuum, like they woke up one day and decided to torch the city. What we are seeing right now, which is a replay of 2008, is exactly the lead up which caused 2010.

To cherry pick 2010, like a stand-alone incident, is disingenuous.

What we are seeing right now can be tracked back even further to 2001 and an "honest mistake" that was made.

  3. His position as cabinet minister will only be temporary anyway, was he not given the position in the last reshuffle?

Should PT survive there will in all probability be another reshuffle in a couple of months and someone else who is the 'best man for the job' will move in.

It was reported about a month back that Noppodan, Thaksins mouthpiece sat it was natural to have cabinet changes about every 6 months.

Yes, he is a recent appointee.

First thing he had to wait on was his banning from politics for electoral fraud to pass by.

Tragically laughable, he's the the 5th Education Minister in 2 years so they are a bit ahead of Noppadope's timeframe.

  4. Taksin was as corrupt as all the previous Prime Ministers but at least he had sympathy for the poor and empowered them.

Read your history my friend and then make an educated guess at the future.

You should read your history to understand the difference between Taksin and Thaksin. wink.png

Once that is understood, you could properly amend your first bit to

Thaksin was as corrupt as all the previous Prime Ministers...put together.
