Sorry for my bad English.

I  known Thailand since 1999, especially Pattaya. I live in Pattaya since 2007, Pattaya has developed extremely to the worse. But not every city, every place in Europe continues to develop - some for the worse, some for the better.

I think about returning to Germany almost every day. But even there, not everything is as I like to imagine. I have two children who are both well integrated in Thailand. I am now 60 years old and I have to decide slowly whether I will finally return or not. When I think of the many Muslims who are now in Germany and the bad weather of course, I have my doubts again. Time will tell. But I can understand anyone who wants to leave Thailand who knows the country for a long time Thailand has many advantages but also a lot of disadvantages. The ideal solution would be to return to your home country three months a year in Thailand to take advantage of the benefits. Good Luck.

bad idea. One large Bus with around 50 or more passenger need how many minibusses? The traffic and the parking problem will grow.

A German friend living in Costa Rica for about 20 years. I visited him a few years ago, Costa Rica is a very nice Country an easy to invest there.

My buddy has a small bungalow complex, making sightseeing and restored furniture. Costa Rica is a safe country with no military and easy to live than other Central American countries.

this is really sad, and nothing will change in this country.

it is true that Pattaya is much more expensive. I lived before in Bangkok and can confirm this higher price in Pattaya. Less than 1 Km costs 30 baht, and this is not a Farang Price, thais pay the same price. Example: Soi Khaou Talo to Ford Sukhumvit 70 Baht, only about 2KM. Bangkok from IT Pratunam Center to Khaou San Road only 80 Baht but about 4-5 KM or more I think.

Pattaya has a strong Transport Mafia . Taxis very expensive too. No public government transportation options.

You can go to every Barber Shop whit you son. There are many Thaid Kids, Haircut for 40-80 Baht. No Problem, but must a be Barber, not aBeauty-Shop

Had there many problems with marriage visa, every year.

Two years ago i was switch to the Visa with 800.000 baht, never get problems, all is easy.

No images, only rent contract, Bank Book, that is.
