  1. Looking to purchase land to buy south of CM, between city and Lampun border. Saraphi/Hangdong or south of San Kampaeng is OK. Looking for around 1 Rawai of land at reasonable price. Willing to pay RE Agents a fee to bring me good opportunities.
  2. Thai Families are very tight. IF the family is DEMANDING a dowry.. run away. But in all honesty, I would not have an issue with paying 120K to 250K dowry. You must always know that the daughter is responsible for the parents. Her job is to make sure that her parents are setup into the future for retirement. If you do not understand this, do not marry an Asian lady. Plain and simple. Do you not want the same for your parents? The gold is just like cash. Thais can sell gold in 30 minutes. Do what makes you happy.
  3. Where you gonna put your $$?? In China? 😂😂🤣 China economy is TANKING buddy
  4. USD is not perfect? Euro is just as stable. Anyone that says Thai Baht or China Currency is a good idea, jyst needs to look at the past 2-3 yrs! China $$ & economy is dumping!
  5. Well, have you looked at the Chinese & Thai currency? Think again! Euro is fine. Usd has gaines 15% on bahr, and chines $$ is TAKING A DUMP!
