Will there be any issues with customs via mail if I too order it from India?

Hi. One of the replies here had a link to Bumrungrad hospital. But the link isn't working anymore. Also I dont think there was a reply to that other reply about buying it from India. Did he have to pay import duties? Its a prescription drug, did he not ran into trouble importing Naltrexone?

Has anyone been able to get prescription for Naltrexone here? I drink too much and its affecting my life. I need help.
