    For me, the best way you can get rid of this problem is lose weight in the proper way. Regular exercise and workouts and recipes for weight loss from http://metaboliccooking.org are the things that I have done when I was in this situation as well. I got some sagging skin as well, but it was in its minimal. So what I did here is exercise and workout more.
