Hi all, ive been without a phone for the last 4 months so havent been online, thank you for the helpfull comments and other opinions, im now living here in Thailand, 4 weeks in :-)
Just thought id let you know how i went.
After about two weeks being vegetarian i started following a variation of the 80/10/10 raw vegan diet called rawtill4, which as the name suggest is the same but you can eat cooked vegan dishes after 4pm.
I have to say i am absolutely thriving on it, mentally and physically.
Peace

Thanks for your input but with the amount of strength and conditioning training I'll be doing I'm going to need complex carbohydrates(rice, potatoes) and more protein so will be cooking and eating a lot or legumes , enjoy your woody :-)

Hi all I'm trialling being a vegetarian so far 6 days in , actually if it wasn't for the eggs and cottage cheer I would say I was trialling being vegan, anyway Im just curious as to how hard it would be to continue this lifestyle when I come to Thailand for my ed visa in june. Many thanks in advance for your replies

if you find some outdoor gyms with decent equipment I would be interested to know where, ( though a decent set of bars are great if you are getting the calisthenics going)
Benjasirri and benjakitti both have outdoor fitness areas with chin up and dip bars for calisthenics, been going to benjasiri everymornjng it's right next to phrom pong Bts

Process of closing farang company and selling house on behalf of owner with dementia
in Real Estate, Housing, House and Land Ownership
Posted
Hello all
A friend of mine has a predicament that he has been putting of for a few years now and has asked me for some help.
Said friends father married a thai lady about 10 years ago and bought a house under a company name.
About 5 years ago he was diagnosed with dementia, now days he needs 24 hour care, barely speaks, can't use a phone, doesn't remember he is married.
My friend is his fathers power of attorney and looks after everything.
He is constantly asked for money by the fathers wife for "tax".
The wife refused to move to Australia in the early onset of diagnosis and stays in the house with her mother and sister.
My friend would like to know how he would go about selling the house and giving her half of the money , would he have to become the director of the company first, then close the company? Would Thai government recognise his authority to make decisions as power of attorney? Any info would be greatly appreciated i'm sure.
