Can someone translate the signs? As an English speaker looking at the sign it would appear you cannot go topless (men or women?) Internationally, it is perfectly acceptable for men and women to be topless on beaches. Bottomless might he an issue, sure. Are bikinis allowed? Ambiguity like this is not helping either side...
