Word "farang" coming from Vietnam language and its mean "big nose" nothing to do whit color of skinn.

The apartementos are mostly own by one owner, whole building. Maybe take better care, because have good control what happen.

I think, there is vat on the rent 7%, what you not have on condos.

I was just in Big C South Pattaya. All the tables that use to sell souvenirs near the food court are gone. So is the booth selling wine. Not enough tourists???

Tell me, where in Thailand you can find "cheap bank loans" then i borrow too, and buy a condo.

Car loans 15%.

Loan sharks 20%/week.

That is the reason. They can not pay back loans, pay only the interest forever.

It was greek fastfood bar on the soi post office in Pattaya and the other place was on the soi 6.

Then over one night both places was gone.

I was regular customer to both places and food was very good too.

Now i wondering if somebody know where they went?

Maybe open new bar somewhere in Pattaya or go back to Greece.
