Suggest booking for one night and then look around the area for something possibly better, quieter, and cheaper if needed. Pattaya's got millions of cheap apts.I have been looking around on other visits but, not my favourite activity. One guy showed me half of the Navin (?) building, even rooms I could not rent. But they keep bulding new places, so should be some cheap new apt around maybe.
There is suppose to be a 192 room new big budget place close to Big-C, anyone know the name or exact location?

I dont mind taking the local songthaew if I could just figgure out the routes.
I have been asking around like the village idiot today. But failed to find a map or any routes.
So looks like I have to learn it the hard way unless someone can help out.
Looking for advice on suitable apartment complex in Bangkok

Hi, please advice me on an apartment complex in Bangkok, I prefer a large building where I can be a bit anonymous.
Area should be walking distance from foodstalls and such since I will be getting about on foot mostly, need roads that has other pedestrians/sidewalk, not controlled by dogs at night. Motobike distance away from MRT/BTS station would be preferable.
I guess most owners are looking to do minimum 1 year lease. Whats the success rate of the owner accepting renting out for only a month?
