I think getting ripped off is part of the job. I drove taxi for a few years in Canada and got scammed a few times. A Chinese driver I knew was robbed at knife point 3 times in 2 years.

New seatbelt law? I got a 200bt ticket 3 years ago. Watching songthaews going past with schoolchildren hanging on to the back while the police wrote out the ticket. I guess my life is more important than a bunch of school kids.

Bullying is normal in Thailand.
