PP does not do multiple entry non-o visas. You would need to go to Savannakhet Laos to get one (same documents).

A single entry in PP costs $80. A multiple entry in Savannakhet will cost 5000 baht.

You can single entry non-o based upon marriage to a Thai in PP.

You will need your marriage certificate plus a copy, copies of your wife's house book registry and ID card.

It can take several days to get a visa in PP unless you use an agent,
