Hi all,
I have a client here in Thailand who has started experiencing serious email problems with the acct I host for them in the UK.
Firstly they used the mail.*****.com SMTP for their domain which worked fine for about a year then about two months ago they started to get mail rejected and go missing.
Secondly we moved it to TOT's SMTP address, that worked fine for a while now they are starting to get mail rejected from AOL with error 554 which when researched says that if a person in the pool of IP's that they are using has been suspected of spamming then all will be affected.
Has anyone come accross this problem? I am sure they have, I have read other SMTP tales of woe on this forum. I am looking initially for some advice as to the best workaround solution. One I have in mind is an SMTP relay service so if that is the right course of action a steer to a good reputable company would be nice.
Thanks in advance.

Hi there,
I have had a visa for the last year based on marriage and now need to renew, I got some good advice saying to goto KL but is it possible to get one in PP as I used to live there and have people to visit which would be easier, cheaper and nicer than KL.
Any help appreciated.

Yes you can. I was there a few weeks a go and they were issuing Non O Type Visa single entry based on Marriage. Ensure you take all original documents as they ask to see them. You require the following documents:
1. Marriage Certificate and Copy.
2. House Registration and Copy.
3. Copy of wife ID Card.
Hop this helps. Play safe and take everything with you as the Embassies move the goal posts all the time.
Do you know if they are also giving Multiple Entry 90 day Non-O's? Thats what I have at present.

Thanks Maestro...
Id would pay for me to take a look at my Visa when I get it and ask questions not when it is about to expire.
Lesson learned...
Have a good Sunday

Right, got ya. I will now be going to the border on the 2nd of March. So then I will be right for another 90 days and then it finally expires?
That is a lovely surprise for a Saturday morning, here was me thinking I had to go to KL next month.
I am going to celebrate with a coffee.
Thanks all

You are bang on with the date, 28th March is the exit stamp date.
So am I reading that right, if I go to the border on say March the 10th I will get another full ninety days?
That would solve a lot of problems.

Further to this, I think I may reach the financial obligations for the 12 month extension. I have definitely had on average 40,000 per month paid into my Thai bank acct so would that make me eligible?
Do they look into where the money has come from, I work in the "gray" web area you see and don't want them delving to far.
Can I also combine UK bank records with Thai records to show the amount of 40,000 or is it one or the other?
Also if the above is possible does anyone know if I could extend it at Koh Samui immigration or is it a trip to the border?
Thanks all in advance

Ok, cheers for the replies, it says "Date of Issue 6 Mar 2006 - Enter Before 5 Mar 2007"
So the stamp they gave me at Ranong says to leave for the next 90 day run on the 28th March.
So do I in fact have to go to KL on the 5th or can I wait until the 28th?
And yes it is a full multi-entry Non-O obtained at the Visa office in London. It states No of entry "M"

Hi all,
I have been staying here with my wife of five years for almost ten months now and have the thought of having to renew my Non-O visa in the back of my head. Having just checked it I see no reference to an expiry date. My twelve months (if it is twelve months) will be up on the 1st April as that was when I entered last year.
Whats the deal, do I need to go out of the country to get a new one or do I just carry on going to the border every 90 days with the one I have. My next visa run is due on 28th March so any help would be gratefully received.
Strange that there is no expiry... Never noticed that before.
