    ?????

yes, I bought at 150,000 per rai (chanote) and the property across the road just sold for 1.5 million per rai and another just down the road same price.  6.5 rai on this peace with 6 small house and one large house.  Another piece I purchase for 50 thousand per rai is now over 500 thousand per rai. So not bad for a poor boy.

Some properties in the area now going for 2 mil per rai, not to mention the improvements which were done 15 years ago. Large house cost at that time 500,000 to build, Just built another one same floor plan and the cost was 1 million.  So all together I figure a 15 fold increase in value, but only 10 fold on the land itself.

Never buy property in Thailand. Or at least anything that you can't just walk away from.

I don't know anyone who is happy with their purchase. I don't know anyone who owns and doesn't want to sell. I don't know anyone who isn't too far underwater to sell.

Worst investment you'll ever make. And in Phuket with 10 years of inventory...they keep on building.

But it's such a great deal now! Tsk.

What, I have seen a 15 fold increase in the value of my property. On more then one property. One piece alone provides enough income to live on (Rentals) I have a wonderful family. Would I sell one piece if the price was right, sure do I look stupid. I would just then move to the other piece. People complain, but I feel much freer living in thailand than I ever did living in the US. Permit to build, permit to change a faucet and on and on. Enjoying the good life. But that was the case when I lived in Hawaii too, almost 16 years ago. Like the man said love it or leave it.

PS so now you know one.

    US Dollar -

Inflationary (25% of total supply printed in the last 12 months)

Backed by nothing but Govt. promises and debt

Controlled by a centralized authority (in this case the US Govt. and you really trust them?)

Can be seized / frozen by authorities at any time

Doesn't really belong to you unless it is in your pocket or possession (and you can't carry that much of it around all the time so you have to trust banks)

Need banks or third party to transfer over distance

Used by criminals because its fairly untraceable

Can be stolen easily (physical robbery, theft, etc.)

    Bitcoin -

Capped supply of 21 million (there will never be more)

Backed by the biggest network in the World (the internet of money)

    Not controlled by anyone

You directly own and are responsible for your own funds (no need to trust a third party)

Extremely hard to steal from someone

No banks or third parties required

Can be used as a totally secure store of value

Can send almost instantly to anyone anywhere in the World without the need for a third party

Trust-less (no need to trust anyone else)

Network can never be taken offline, hacked or stopped

Pseudonymous (similar to an IP address)

All transactions are recorded on an immutable ledger (no good for criminals)

It's a no brainer and the future of money.

You are right gold and silver have been money for thousands of years.

They are ready, but they still have no supply. Even if they were to find a supply, it would need to be approved by Thailand’s FDA first.

Yes, your whackmole doctors from all over the world are wrong. All 5 of them. To dispprove that, name them all.

  5. First found out about MMS right here on Thai Visa 15 years ago. My wife got dengue and their was a post about mms and dengue on this site. I looked it over and thought BS. Then my wife got Dengue. Was in the hospitol for 10 days. While she was in there I rememered the post on thai visa and started researching and after 4 days of pretty intensive research, mostly scientific studies I bought some. Well it arrived about the time my wife got out of the hospitol, So not much good for her, except for the fact that she was dragging ass around the house. low energy. So she tried it. When I woke up in the morning she had cleaned the whole house or was in the process. So I tried it. Changed my life. Thanks God. Thats my story and I'm sticking to it. No sweat off my ass, try it you will not regret it. Kills parasites, bacteria and viruses. Great <deleted>

    No good.

You are talking about drinking disinfectant. Mixing acids with sodium chlorite makes free chlorous acid used for disinfecting.

WIKI  Sellers of “Miracle Mineral Solution”, a mixture of sodium chlorite and citric acid also known as "MMS" promoted as a cure-all have been convicted, fined, or disciplined in multiple jurisdictions around the world. MMS products were variously referred to as snake oil and complete quackery. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has issued multiple warnings against consuming MMS.

get your facts straight mixing the two does not make  chlorous acid. It makes chlorine dioxide.

I have been taking it for over 15 years. Twice for dengue, which I was over in 6 hrs both times. When I first started taking it, it cured my acid refles. Had to sleep sitting up at night most night. It cured my arthritis which was so bad I could not hold a wrench anymore and a number of other small ailments. All this within two weeks of taking it 15 drops twice a day for two weeks. I have had many friends get dengue with the same result.

  7. Powerful Disinfection in Water Treatment

Chlorine dioxide is a disinfectant. When added to drinking water, it helps destroy bacteria, viruses and some types of parasites that can make people sick, such as Cryptosporidium parvum and Giardia lamblia. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulates the maximum concentration of chlorine dioxide in drinking water to be no greater than 0.8 parts per million (ppm).

We are talking about taking drops of sodium clorite at 22 percent by weight for treatments. Anything, even water can become toxic if you drink to much of it.

  8. On Aug. 5, the Bolivian Chamber of Deputies approved legislation authorizing the emergency “manufacture, marketing, supply and use of chlorine dioxide solution for the prevention and treatment of coronavirus.”

The Senate, the upper house of Congress, had approved the bill a week earlier. The law “will last as long as the risk of contagion of the coronavirus exists,” and the use of the solution is “voluntary not mandatory,” the Senate said.  https://www.telesurenglish.net/news/bolivia-senate-legalizes-chlorine-dioxide-as-covid-treatment--20200806-0017.html
