You will not need to do 90 day reports, TM30's, you will not ever need an extension. And because you are Thai you will not need a work permit either.

Well and good this idea But when you leave You will be asked where are you flying to and Have you got visa ie to The UK, you will have to show your British passport Because now days you don't get indefinite stamp in your passport or you are allow to keep BRP card after you get UK citizenship. I think may get trouble at Exit from Thailand ?

Yes I would recommend 100 % Thai visa-express, in Pattaya. As I got help for my wife's visa last yr and She got visa first time without any hiccups and she arrived in London in Dec 2014. Paul and Toni are the best. you will get good informed about the requirements and the papers you required etc.

Why is that If you bring your Thai wife to the UK, we have to show income, accommodation etc And If we want to settlement in thai wife's con try we/farang still have to show income so to get thai visa WHY?.

Hi, If you can not find in Ekamai then the best is take bts to bang na and from bang na walk back under the bridge and at the juction you will see few mini vans going to Pattaya, there are three booths selling coach or mini van tickets for pattaya.hope this helps. good day.

Hi, not one form, You get two sets of forms one p agreement and the second form is where you both declare your assets, you hand in to Judge at the time of marriage and after judge reads and asks to you both if agree you both happy with itthen you both sign in front of judge with one witness from both party. You can in these form any thing you not agree because form are in word format. OK. Good luck

It is not just downloaded forms, it is a properly written by solicitor and clearly says neither of the party can claim pre marriage assets. Of course you have to pay to download.look and pre read the forms before jumping the gun.choice is yours, I m from the UK.take care

Hi, you can pay and download forms written in English and in Thai side by side. Web site called samuiforsale, and used one last week and was excepted by the court at the time of marriage. You do not solicitor just present to judge at the marriage and you both sign in front of Judge and together with one witness from both of you, that's it. Good luck.

Scam or real Just try not to use sky pe girl will not talk to you just in case you are the person they tried before. Find out u r self by try to use different name but say u don't like use Skype that way u will get u r answer.
