Lately I've seen this guy around Siam square, near MBK, selling some strange small little Dolls that are supposedly able to move by itself. They are sold for 20 Baht. I saw a lot of foreigners looking and buying it. They were very amazed. So many people believed it.

But honestly, I have seen this same "Scam" in Argentina before a few years back, and YES it is a Scam. They are only stealing your Money.

Basically, there's somebody else near him helping move the little thingie with a "transparent" cordon. So he pretends that he can make it move by himself with his hands doing some tricky moves. But it's actually being moved by the "transparent" cordon.

When the another guy is with him, he pretends to be a Buyer and frenquently asks him How much do they cost each.

Have you seen this around ?
