Really? Why are you putting up with this treatment? Sounds like she is not happy with you. People don't pick on each other if the are happy.
I think it's time to sit for a good chat and find out what's really going on and hopefully you both can work on it

And get on to investigating immediately (if not sooner) while it's still fresh in the memory of DHL and Customs.
Good luck, really hope it works out for you.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions which are greatly appreciated.
I will buy a pre-paid card each for the MRT and the BTS.
I imagine this will also be easier especially if I'm going to different places each day because I'm thinking that the cards will probably automatically deduct the appropriate amount for the number of stations I've travelled. Am I correct??

Is it easier to change from Skytrain to MRT at Sala Daeng/Silom or Asok/Sukhumvit??
Which is the easiest and shortest walk??
Also, can I buy weekly ticket or tokens so I don't have to purchase at each trip??

But he said the heat would gradually subside from mid May until the start of the rainy season in June,
Dear Mr. Deputy director-general,
Wow, thanks for sharing the insight! I was not aware that this never happened before in LOS. Do you get paid for the job?
I am fairly new to this forum so could I please ask what does "LOS" mean?

Hi Farma,
Yes, that's it.
Thanks SO MUCH for this info as I have been scouring the internet looking for this.
Would you happen to know if these fruit will still be available in Thailand in August or will they be out of season by then??
-
I was in Thailand last month and purchased some great tasting fruit from one of the ladies selling fruit from her cart. It came in a clear cellophane bag and the fruit was an orangey colour, smooth skin, very juicy and had one black seed inside. The fruit looked like a mini mango and the shiny, grreen leaves of the tree were still attached.
I have searched the internet but can't find it. Does anyone know what it was?? It's not a longan or sapodilla.
I should have taken a photo.

I always use either one of those calico/beige/cotton money pouches around my neck or one that goes around my waist under my clothes.
Just out of curiousity has anyone ever heard of these being nicked in the crowd??

Speaking of cockroaches, last month I stayed at the Chada Hotel, 188 Ratchadapisek Road, Huaykwang for two weeks. Right next to the hotel is a foul smelling canal and I was really surprised that I only saw one cockroach the whole time I was there. Not near the canal or even on the footpaths outside the restaurants even though there were bags of garbage piled up. In Sydney they are everywhere especially near the harbour and they are big, creepy and revolting.

When I was in Bangkok last month I purchased a takeaway coffee and travelled on the MRT and then changed to the Skytrain. All the while I was looking for a rubbish bin for my cup but couldn't find one until I got inside Siam Paragon.
Where to get documents certified in Bangkok
in Bangkok
Posted
Hi, I have a Swedish friend who lives in Bangkok and she needs to get some certified copies of her passport, drivers licence and utility bill and she also needs to have her signature witnessed on one claim form. This needs to be in English, not in Thai.
I have spoken to Siam Legal in Bangkok who will notarise the documents for 2,000 TB each (ouch !!!). The documents don't need to be notarised, they only need to be certified.
Would be very grateful if someone could point me in the right direction. Thanks
