    Vista (home Premium) Remote Desktop Connection

    Hi..Guru.

    I'm searching and searching and searching again this problem. My dell laptop 1520 built in Vista Home Premium has no Remote Desktop Connection. In the Remote tab, Remote Assistant is available but no Remote Desktop Connection. so I search and found this Here. I tried but it didn't work :D :D . Any idea? Any ways? (All Vista edition work with RDC). :o

    Dell Gx50 Cpu Fan

    Hi..

    My dell cpu fan is already damage and i replaced other non-dell cpu fan. when i boot up my system, there is one error "previous cpu fan failure and press F1". i want to remove it.

    have anybody dell gx50 cpu fan to sell? or Where can i buy?

    Ie, Windows Messenger Problems!

    hi all

    i can't use IE6 and also log in windows messenger since yesterday. so i installed Firefox and used it.

    it works. but i want to use windows messenger. i checked spam and virus with AVG anti-virus but nothing changed. When i open IE , it always says " the page canot be displayed"..

    how can i fix? many thanks.

    I've got it. but i found other problems. May i ? ok.. thanks.. i'll tell you.. :D

    As i want to add some softwares for Fedora, i use Add/Remove Software(package manager). After i checked which i want to install, i click apply. but it's downloading from internet. when i used FC4, i install from CD. Now, i also want to install from CD in FC5. how can i change it? plz :o

    now.. i'm downloading FC-5 and want to install..but i'm already installed FC-4....

    so.. Need i reformat my linux(fedora) partation and install fresh new OS(fedora)? or without formatting, how can i install? Show me the best way..

    As for viewing video, VCD, DVD you van use Xine, Mplayer, vlc, totem, and many more free softwares.

    i have 3 player totam, mplayer and realplayer. but i cann't see vcd. when i open vcd, it give me this error.

    There were no decoders found to handle the stream in file "vcd://", you might need to install the corresponding plugins

    hi...

    i installed xmms and installation is successful (no errors) but nothing change (i can't find xmms in my Gnome)

    i need some recommanded software for video and sound.

    if i want something to uninstall, how can i remove it?

    So.. i choosed (2).

    it is the second time that I hear about antivirus :D

    what for? rootkit? don't login as root! simple :D

    Linux virus, yes there are three or four of them who need admin rights :o

    any Linux user will never be dum enough to login as root and go on surfin' :D

    Hi Linux Guru....

    My PC is Dell Optiplex Gx50 baby and has 4 USB 1.1 port (2 back, 2 front).so i bought and installed to my ststem "no-name" USB 2.0 Card from our pc market, pantip plaza. It include only driver cd. As for XP , everything is ok!, Problem is Fedora. Chip on card is ALI. Help me. pls..

    After Log in success, this alert pop up.

    Could not look up internet address for dhcppc4.

    This will prevent GNOME from operating correctly.

    It may be possible to correct the problem by adding

    dhcppc4 to the file /etc/hosts.

    and it give me two choice "log in Anyway" and "Try Again" . so..

    how can i fix? Thankz GuRu..

    Avg Antivirus Installation Problem!

    Uh ? Why do you want to install an antivirus for Linux ? Apart if it's used as a file or mail server. As about Antispy, I've never heard about this on GNU/Linux.

    Sound Great!! I really don't know. :o now i'm downloading Fedora 4 to transform from Red Hat Enterprise Linux. It also doesn't need to install any antivirus. right? anyway.. thank you. i'm new babe of linux.
