Hi all!

My friends' working visa is expiring in 14 days. She has a thai partner, they live and have a daughter together. We are hoping someone might have been in the same situation and be kind enough to share some infos for the following questions:

1. Is it possible for her to get a Non-O visa from her daughter?

2. What are the requirements?

3. Which office should she go to?
