Thank you so much both! It indeed looks like a transplant shock after we took it out from the pot to the ground which we actually prepared before with a good soil. Based on your conclusions it seems the best solution here is to give it some time to adjust to the new conditions. If we can take any extra measures that you can recommend it will be much appreciated!
Depending on what weather is doing in your area right now, it might be an idea just to sprinkle the foliage (if it is sunny and dry) a few times a day... if hot and dry even cover with some shade clothe for a few weeks....(still sprinkle... just enough to wet the foliage.... you don't need to soak it or keep soil sodden wet... enough to keep soil moist!!)
As messy as shade clothe might seem... it should help.... just a few weeks...(green stuff OK = 50% shade .... if mostly cloudy and rainy then no need to do!
With disturbed roots water up take is not enough to feed all the foliage.... just be patient, it should perk up!
Thank you, samuijimmy! We will follow your advice!

Hi All,
We need an advice about care of this tree. Does anyone know what the name of this tree so we could find more info about it? We bought it a month ago and it seems the tree started dying dropping leaves with brown spots (pictures are given below). Appreciate your recommendations and kind advice of how we can save it

Hi,
I would highly recommend you Pat Design (soi 70) http://www.patdesigncurtain.com. We used them for our new-built house - great choice of materials (sheer and pleat curtains), good quality and discount for all types of curtains (roman blind, foam wood etc), good taste of the owner - her name is Tik (mob. 085 664 0955) and she can always recommend you a design and material.

These 3 categories of foreigners for whom Thailand offers "proper visas", namely - 1) expat workers with work visas 2) pensioners with retirement visas 3) others-men on marriage visas - seem simply don't cover the rest vast segment of foreign "property investors' who can definitely be potential interesting for Thailand.
A rhetorical question: how people under 50, without Thai spouses, who bought houses in Thailand can spend holidays or simply stay here if they work distantly and not interested to start a business in Thailand? How such people can "use" their property? Is Thailand not interested in such foreign investments?
I would expect people that can afford to build houses and buying condos in foreign countries. Also could afford a 5 year visa.
Just because someone can afford to buy a condo for 900,000 baht probably on a mortgage, would they really have 500,000 for a visa ?
Well, my family can't afford elite card just now after investing 4+ mln in house in Thailand. That is the reason why we got a rhetorical question about proper visa for property investors.

Non of them are very tall, should be easy
Agree re: "should be easy" especially in our case when walls and floor in toilet are ready only roof should be installed. Our current contractor offered minimum possible price of 80,000 Baht for 5 sq.m of the construction. And now we are looking for another team who can fix it for more reasonable market price.
If you can share any contacts it will be much appreciated.

Hello Guys,
I know this topic has been already discussed many times, but here we need a fresh advice and contact details for the builder in Hua Hin who can do some outside construction works for our new-build house, namely: outdoor shower (1,3m x 2.2m) and outdoor toilet (1.8m x 2.2.m) (the water pipes are already provided, only sewerage is required).
Thank you for any leads and contacts.
