Of the countries mentioned that allows visa runs, is it on the basis of same day out and in.

Malaysia, Indonesia, México... sure.

India. Maybe, maybe not. Would depend on whether you have a long-term visa like the ten-year visa offered to US citozens (allowing a six-month stay upon each entry) or whether you need to go abroad for a new visa.

As a matter of interest where would one do a "visa" run to from India ?

Pakistan?, Bangladesh? Nepal? Maybe Sri Lanka ?

Can entries to these countries be easily obtained at border crossings ?

You will I expect need a complete set of medical records (preferably written in English) which details your history and recommended treatment.

It is unlikely that treatment can be provided on Krabi or anywhere near.

Someone else will advise you but I suspect you may need to go to Bangkok.

I've news for this guy - he can't throw me out the country unless I commit a criminal act. Going in and out Thailand is not a criminal offence. This is because there are Thai citizens that I support.

Seems the rules have changed. Best have the correct visa next time an entry to Thailand is required!

Unless you have all your medical records available I doubt anyone would prescribe or administer this medication to you even assuming it is available in Thailand.
