Has anyone asked why a man would be left to drown in a swimming pool without anyone noticing???? I find it very hard to believe. Drownings and hangings seem to be the way to go around that way.

I very much doubt barbed wire could knock you out as well. Interesting to see what the autopsy reveals and I would be in no way at all surprised if foul play is involved. There is a trend with young kids getting done over and it can't all be trivial accidents as many like to spin out to the families and what not.

I still quite can't believe the motive of ' two young lads saw a couple going at it on the beach, got horny, and slaughtered them to death' actually got entertained. The world, or more specifically Thailand and its band of merry brainwashed supporters, have gone mad.

This death would be suspicious no matter where it is, Samui, Phuket, Bkk or even Perth, London or Chicago. The lame story we have so far given by the ever so honest RTP is far from clear and full of missing spaces. If they wanted to asure everyone of what had happened then they would be open, conduct a transparent investigation and release the full autopsy results not just say he died from drowning.

What have we at the moment. First they said he was drunk, because cctv indicated this, then they said they were not sure about that and would wait for the results of the autopsy, this then gets completed and no word is mentioned of the toxicology results or the wounds found on him.

They want the family to believe that he was alone, climbed onto a corrugated steel roof, jumped or dived in the pool to his death, yet there are no witnesses to this story, no cctv and no evidence that has been made public to corroborate it.

If your not suspicious about this then your blind. Until we get the UK autopsy and inquest summaries nothing can be ruled out.

Agreed. If you perform a daredevil dive into a pool you do so to show off, it is not a solo act by any stretch of the imagination. Funny how the CCTV never seems to work when it is required, you would have thought every business on the island would have got on top of that one after the last few murders were missing evidence due to this unfortunate mishap.

Not going to comment much about the sad death of another kid and the usual KT defenders about how great the island is. To say 60 percent of deaths are more or less 'justified' and acceptable is probably the most bizarre thing I have ever read. Going by that logic it would be acceptable for countless murders in evert UK town/city on a weekend due to having a disagreement or argument. By all means have a tear up and a few slaps for flipping the bird or whatever, but to try and say it is perfectly fine for someone to get slaughtered with a hoe and raped or whatever is psychotic.

In regards to the ongoing Hall issues, it seems as though there are a few people who are now unhappy with the way he has been behaving. Fiddling expenses seems to be the tip of the iceberg but that is not really for me to comment much more on until investigations are complete.

I suggest the rape is a red herring , and certainly far from proved by the police and prosecution , who had nothing for the defence to retest .

The body was in a 'perfect' position. If you are involved in an altercation at the level of ferociousness that Hannah was there is not a chance in hell you would be in that position. I won't name names but they have been very 'active' in their support for the two boys. They are very close to the case put it that way.

I have no reason not to believe them and it would surprise me in the slightest if this is what is being cooked up. Deal with the prosecution team, no loss of face, they both walk, Thailand continues.

This has went too far for justice to prevail. Unfortunately the only way to get closure on this would be vengeance and I just feel sorry and angry for the family. Any sane and rational person can see this whole case from start to finish is borderline circus like and there are so many discrepancies and evidence being ignored it is an insult to the watching public and families seeking justice.

For me, I plan to leave Thailand because of this as it has sickened me to the bottom of my stomach. The one thing nobody can answer is the image of the CCTV boy. The same hair, body shape, walk, and height as Nomsod yet they do not seem to be making a statement about it. If it isn't him then shouldn't they be doing everything tofind out who it is as they would be a key witness in sending down the Burmese lads?

Second point, the original copper that said the suspects were Mod and Nomsod. I do not think you would come out in public and name people on Chinese whispers theory. They must have known something, and the boat leaving early morning must have happened as they said he escaped. Who was on that boat and why was it leaving if it wasn't him? 1/ What the police in this country think about human rights,

2/ What the police in this country think they can get away with when confronted with an embarassing situation,

Sometimes you can't avoid it. I was stopped last week and they were trying to go down the line of I had traces of drugs in my bag which was protein out of my shaker on the way to the gym! It was going to kick off until I bluffed them and said get a test and I will call my lawyer to come and meet us.

My lease is up next month and I want to move closer to the center but have a problem back home that might be materialise and don't want to be tied down to a contract again. Can anyone recommend some cool serviced apartments, modern style of a good standard, with easy BTS access and in a fairly good location. Budget is anywhere between 20 and 30k. I would also do a condo on a 3/6 month term lease providing it was worth it and up to standard.
