  1. If you are fishing for the big ones that can range from 20-60 kg then you have to be prepared. Further with Baitrunner reels you don't have to hold the rod all the time.

where do you fish the big ones?

Are there only fishing parks or is it possible to fish in the wilderness?

  2. Dear mr chow

this is why I asked you and told you that I am short on experience. I´ll come from Germany to Chiang Mai with a big family because of my job and this is my budget from my employer. He doesn´t offered me something in Mexico:) If I would know something about the rates I would not ask. Instead blaming you should keep me for killing chiang mai.

  3. the problem is that I have never been in Chiang Mai before. I saw many properties in the internet and I can visit them but than I will know nothing about the neighbourhood and the people. I am short on experiance what I have to consider and where I should start.

I guess the agents are not the best advisors because they want make the deal. Whatever legal or ilagal.

  4. Hi,

I am going to move to Chiang Mai with my family (three Children 7,9,12 years) for minimum two years in July. So we looking for a house to rent up to 40.000 THB/ mounth.

It should be not so far from Saraphee. A community with some other children would be greate.

Can someone give me a tip?

  5. I am new in this forum because I move to Chiang Mai for two years in July.

Do I have to move my whole freshwater fishing tackle from Europe or can I get all this stuff there? If so is there something I should bring with? Are the stores comparable to Europe or US?

Is there anything else I have to consider?
