first of all I would like to apologize for my broken English...10 years ago I was 26 years old girl who live in BKK have good job as sale executive as I have BA of Science I met my ex husband in dating site get to know him for about year by email and phone chat on Yahoo and he have visited me 2 times b4 get married as he work for contractor for US Army in Afghanistan ..I married him the trip he got hurt and have surgery in BKK .we just legal married no wedding to got US visa and we went there in year 2006 ( married on 2005) he said will start life there...when we there he got job in weeks and I did got job weeks after as housekeeping in local hotel I work alot of overtime ( as it new hotel need alot of clean and prepare opened) I work there for 6 -7 m. then got job what I got degree as Lab tech in some biotech factory.he got his oversee job back as he promise me he will take me home and do wedding as the tradition I will take my vacation and we will have it in Thailand...but while we wait for my vacation he visit me one time and I got pregnant I told him I need to go home stay close to my family...I got back home year 2008 and got first baby he still work oversee till year 2010 he bought big bike Honda CRB929 ( not sure the model) he ride it only his 2nd trip ( usually he will take trip home every 3-4 months 15-21 days every time he come home he will stay in BKK or afew day and on the way back too on second trip after bought big bike he has accident he was drink and drive 1 women death in the police report he wrong I have to pay big bind for police to get him 2 years worn and pay some fee but have to pay the death family after insurance for 200 000 that what money for saving is gone and that time I was pregnant my 2 nd girls 6 month old when it happened he have to stay in hospital for 2 month I be with him he not remember me but I be with him the hospital staff Dr. very good to me they do report he need the special nurse ( his health insurance not cover) to help me becouse they pity me that I am pregnant and stay with brain damage pateint even they got special nurs I still be there be with him in hospital in BKK...

after he got heal we sold the truck and take money for 12,000$ he want to go home I and kids go with him...we stay in US around 4 month he got his job back again this time go to Iraq.everything go smooth he send me money buy land and build house and we finished house ( my parent give my peice of land by their house to build the house but he not want to live close to them) so we got land far from my family for 5 kms and far from another neighbor too

when it happened he quite his job bcos he know my farther come to live with me ( my farther got cancer stage 4) my mom live with me when he not here to help me take care two kids one 5 and one 3 ...but after I know my dad got cancer I not want he stay by him self (my sister live in the same fence with my parent but they will travel to sale lottery 2 trips a month)

so when he back my parent go back live in their house but still I will go visited them often when my sister not home..

he live here in thailand only 3 months I have feeling what going on about him as he got offer from my kids school for teaching english and school ask me that I can go translate too one day have women come to class surprise him said they know each other from social that weman work as school super visor that they have meeting in university area I even tell another teacher that my husband do alot of home work at home to find the good lesion for student but I find out later from his text sms on phone they meet on dating site and he like her alot that they he even go see him as he told me they have some exposition show well I let him go I be with kids play in play ground after home I know what wrong as he will spend alot of time on computer and I saw him on dating site I ask him stop he said he just want to distract his mind and said he will stop...

after that he will go to drive at night and drink beer as now not much income and have only saving money I go sale some stuff in opened market he not want kids stay home with him I take kids to my parent ( as kids have summer off school) last 3 weeks I find out ( I hanck his email) as he got computer remember his password I know he have sex with another women and take drugs amphetamine with her too as she is used to work in pataya she can speack english and now opene d small bar in small town 10 Kms from my house...I tell afew ppl I know that know ppl in that town she is to investigate and if I can have their picture together or catch on act I can get him divorce...

2 weeks ago his friends come to visit and he stay in hotel in town night b4 that big messy happened I have talk with him I know what happened as it my home town harf of twon know me or my family so ppl seen you with her in some resort or her store very late ( I not told him I saw his email and dating site and take picture all what he and her message each other...he promise me he will stop I said o k stop I want I save our married and kids

(b4 that happened 2 month we went to party the host invite us to party house near by bcos he got Farang friends too but it end up he and that another Farang very drunk and they have fight hit each other he win I took him home with kids he not want stop want more bear I tld him stop we fight he hit me it first time in 9 years married I forgive him after afew day )

but not for this time we make appoinment with his friends will take kids to swim in hotel his friends stay but b4 go I want to visit my dad I took kids with me visit my dad when I am back he not home I just have sense of feeling he to to town where that girls live so I drive there and I saw his scooter in front of her shop ( not opened yet but her with him) that girl ask me < you are his wife? I said yes and I told him THank you for let me know your choice ...I drive streite to hotel where his friends stay and kids swim me and his friends( and his gf) we talking ( she is my frind who live far from my house 8 kms I told her I afraid he will hit me again bcos he will drunk ...

I got back home 20.30 he let me in house and then he leave ...when he got back 22.30 kids all sleep ....he said I want to take you to do something fun go with me I will be your back up I said no who will be with kids then I go to upstair bedroom I lock the door...he quiet and then he nock the door ask for his cigaratte I told him i not see in room he ask me for opened the door if Inot opened he will break it he break it he said it his house do not lock the door he go back dawn stair and then come up to ask for truck ke I not want he drive afraid he will got accident as he very drunk then I go to kids room and stay there I lock the door again this time he break the door and yelling my older kids wake up and cry I called my friends ask for help I not have police number my friends got the record from the phone I call her but the phone was dawn the floor he got to the room get on top of me and punch me my face and head mount uncountable he will yell and bitching and beat my kids try to stop him I afraid he will hurt kids I told kids go to another room hids

my friends drive scooter from her house to get to small police office in vilage far from my house 2 km the police not come my frined she go to ask the house next door to me they not come she came by her self she turn the light he stop but not let me go he said police probably dawn stair..he yell tell your friends go if not I will kill her I told my friends go to get police she left .....another 5 minutes he let me go he go dawn stair I go see kids and god it so pain I comme dawn stair tell kids be in room I ask him <can I go hospital> and I would like to take kids with me he said do what every you want but if you come bck with police I will kill you...I take truck and kids and my friends strait to police in city when i got there I saw 3 police drinking beer I told them story they keep ask me the same question as where is him, how long we married , and they not do any report for me they told me go to Dr in hospital got physical exam I went hospital they give me cold pad and pain killer short and Dr do exam Dr said police need to give her paper that she can write it dawn ( I not know what to do aftr that I come to my house relative )

next morning as my relative well know in town they go to police and complain about last night and they call me to see the police to make report this time police do it but still said it family thing next day you and him will pass and still love each other I even told them he took drug I saw in email please go check and his girls too she sale drug do some thing...

I not come back to house as fo rmy safty so him and me communicate by phone and text ...He want 10 000$ and he will go back home....

I not have money if do I have to loan it I can give him only 100 000 bath till I give him 200 000 and get divorce and I got house and land I not got any child support as he said he will not have

on 15 May we got divorce at Amper he left thailand on 17 May ( his last day for his visa) b4 he left he make date and met new girls ( he told me and his friends said so) I afraid he will got back thailand and worry about my safety ...if he come he migh tnot mean to come brother me but when he drunk or drug he can come back and try to kill me or hurt me

the question for this post is what I can do start for restraining order or something like that...I have my case the police report , report from Dr, pictures, tape my friends record,the message he and another women ....and now we are divorce

please help if any one have heard or get involve some thing like this..
