My lady uses the 30 baht card regularly and she's happy with it. Once she had to stay a night in the hospital, FREE, and she wasn't even in her home province. She was very surprised and happy and so was I :-)

Went to The Village Chippy for my first F & C meal! Very good. For 120 baht, a large fish fillet came to the roadside table lightly battered- crispy outside, soft inside & really hot. It was accompanied by a good size portion of chips which also were crispy outside, soft inside & really hot. I'm from New England, so I found their tartar sauce a bit too runny, but tasty nonetheless. Even though I was unable to finish my order (if my TGF ever wants to try F & C, we could both definitely share one of these 120 baht dinners), I think next time I'll try their mushy peas (also for the first time) and probably order some curry sauce, too. The Village Chippy... very good!

(Try it... if you can't get to Southport!)

I love it there too - highly recomended.

Today, I made use of the delivery service, very professional packed, even with fork, knife, pepper, salt, sauses and very delicious indeed.

Arrived in 12 minutes time... very recommendable!!!

During low season i prefer Pattaya, in high season another place but not know which one yet.

Been to CM ones, only 5 days, it looked expensive to me compared with Pattaya. Been to Pai as well, that's a nice city but also very expensive at that time, maybe because there was a festival going on and that made the prices go up as i'm told.

Happends only to ugly/lucky men who's wife is bored of his lack of performance and his bad bathing routine....

Every time I transfer an amount of about 5000 THB to another bank, the bkkbank ATM will charge me 35 THB, which is more than my bank in Europe would charge.

So whats all the fuss about the 12 THB fee ?

Maybe the diff between normal- and realtime transfers? SCB normal 12, realtime 25 but goes up when more then 10.000 or so. It also depends or it is a tranfer within the same bank or to another bank... the numbers i gave are transfers to another bank...
