  1. "They think they provide a great service ". I been here in Chiang Mai for 7 years. When going to city, I will tell you 40 % rot daeng drivers are good, the rest are not. Most of the time, I felt frustrated when I wave my hand and they will stop. I will tell them my desired location, and they will declined(take note, no passengers at all). Since then I really enjoying using the Grab drivers whenever I went to the city. Oh, yesterday it's my first time to use the Grab Bike and it's awesome!. I used Grab Bike for 3x yesterday 555

  2. I'd love to apply for a Permanent Residence. But the last time I spoke with an immigration officer she told me that it's difficult for me.Because I need to speak, write, read Thai.I'm married to Thai for 3 yrs.Have 3 consecutive Non immigrant O visa.Plus,I'm not working, just taking care of my son. And can't produce the 95,700 fee:D.So I will stick on every year non-o visa. :)

  3. Yap.dddave is correct. It's hard for a Filipino Citizen to leave the country. This is my tip for you.

Buy her a complete accommodation. It's not enough that she will present a round trip ticket. Our immigration are very strict.

    Or

If you still have time, you can go to Embassy of Philippines in Bangkok and apply for a "Invitation Letter".It needs the following:

    -copy of her passport

    -proof of round trip ticket

    -your working permit

    -account from the bank.

You can ask the officials for more info.Maybe you can apply her for a 2 or 3 months visa to our embassy.

    Wish u luck

  4. My friend got 6 months extension from MOE after she finished her 1 yr ED VISA.It was given last June. Yesterday when she went at Immigration for reporting 90days the immigration officer denied it.It said that the new rule is to leave the country to get a new ED visa. Why like that?.This was given by MOE.The officer told my friend to leave the country.

Is that ok if she leave Thailand via boarder and get a Tourist visa while waiting for her new papers for new ED visa?

Did she need a cancellation letter from school?

    Any help is highly appreciated.

    Thanks
