    So I have just sold my Thai house held under a Thai company valued at 4 Million THB. All transfer costs were paid at the land dept approx 6.2 %. My accountant has been paid to close the Thai company. Does anyone know roughly how much tax I will pay once everything is complete as my Accountant was pretty vague! Thanks in advance - Jim
