“If the bill is submitted to the Lower House for the second and third readings, I will call on people nationwide who agree with us to stand up and fight against it,” he said.
Couldn't that be considered a real threat against national security?

See reply number 3.
Thanks, Mario.
I looked up the rules for Extension of Stay, section 2.18
It states that the alien must reside with the child.
-
Bino: None of the above. I used to work here, but not for wife. She is Thai. I stopped working and have gotten an extension of stay for the last four years based on income. It is stamped "THAI WIFE".
I would like to get another extension of stay based on "THAI CHILD" after the divorce is completed.

UJoe: Thanks.
PR: Yes, it's an extension of stay to a non-imm B.

Hi all!
My wife and I are divorcing after 14 years of marriage. I'm currently here on a non-imm B visa that has been extended to support the family. The divorce will be uncontested and is mutual. We have a 13-year old daughter.
I want to keep the current visa and, after the divorce, just change the circumstances to supporting my daughter who is a Thai national. I am the biological father and on the birth certificate. Can anyone tell me the process? Do you foresee any complications? Also, should I do the new visa in the location to which I move instead of the old office I used living in her area?
Thanks in advance.

Very sad and despicable. Hope they find solace someday.

How does Thailand respond to import items from America, or anywhere for that matter? LOL I think I know the answer, but could be wrong.
60% for shrimp

You could put a cigarette pack into a box 10 times larger, cover it in medical shock porn, put a tiny, bland white sticker stating the brand in black Times New Roman, and people would still buy them. It's clearly not the way to stop smokers. If they're so darned dangerous and nasty, put your money where your mouth is and ban them completely or <deleted>. I see a new sin tax adjustment on the horizon.

Tony Jaa, whose real name is Panom Yeerum, has maintained that he has terminated the contract with Mr. Somsak′s company - a contract he condemned as business "slavery". Mr. Somsak has disputed those claims.
Anyone have any links to Tony's side of the story detailing exactly why he feels it's business slavery? I think Mr. Somsak is upset that he's not getting the Thai-style cut for bossman. Tony should just sell all his assets or move them into the family, then take his huge payout and move to Thaitown in LA. It's very close to Hollywood.

As with any country's education plans, you get what you pay for.

The real blame should be on all of us, because we as a society have yet to let go outdated mindsets. And as long as we cannot overcome our political differences, there will always be someone out there to exploit the situation.Political differences aren't the problem, Outdated mindsets are the problem. Education with the goal of creating strong, independent critical thinkers who are aware of themselves as cogs in a greater societal machine and that government is simply a tool with which to ensure the welfare of those in the society is what they should be shooting for. Teaching people that the moral and ethical cost of selling out your vote to the highest bidder is always a negative return situation. Corrupt politicians, police, and elites only have as much power as the people allow them to have due to their fear, ignorance, and apathy.
"You let one ant stand up to us, then they all might stand up. Those puny little ants outnumber us a hundred to one. And if they ever figure that out, there goes our way of life! It's not about food. It's about keeping those ants in line."

Chaps, close it all down now, sort it out and lose a bit of face before hundreds are killed and you lose a huge amount of face.
They don't lose face even when thousands are killed. It's when somebody rightly points out that it's their fault that they lose face.

Affordable food? What!?!?! Raise those prices immediately before the poor catch on and eat better.

If it's not tramadol it'll be a sock covered in glue in a bag. People just like to get high and sometimes they die. Just like people die from alcohol. Even people who don't drink alcohol get run over by drunk drivers. They talk about legalizing kratom but wouldn't dare mention legalizing the better plant, cannabis.

“We are gathering up the masses, people left behind by this government,” Sathit Wongnongtoey, a Democrat Party member of Parliament, told the crowd on Saturday in front of a backdrop with a huge clenched fist. “We will rise up and fight.”
And this is less threatening than liking a post on Facebook how? Whatever. Big events are coming again, folks.

The police don't follow the orders of the PM. It's a recommendation. The PM has zero control over the domestic military branch known as the Royal Thai Police. There is already some other financially entrenched elitist that orders them around.

Government will not save you. Educate your kids and let them live with the decisions they make in life. Stop trying to control people and they won't behave in ways to spite you. If tobacco is so bad then add it to the illegal plants list that don't keep people from smoking marijuana. If not, then legalize them both and reap the taxes. That what govts are for...tax farms for the slaves.

The "People's Army to Overthrow the Thaksin Regime" has called on students, including vocational students, to join their anti-government campaign to bring down the government of former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra.
But pressing the Like button on hypothetical and rhetorical commments on Facebook will get you investigated and threatened with fines and a jail term.

No, because they actually saw it as a bona fide victory.
