hi all , does anyone here has any experience with the real estate agency "pattaya realty"?
are they reliable like alan bolton agency? -
you are pissed today aren't you?non-existence ! (good food in 7/11s)
wrong place for eating !
I can understand, why someone is asking this, standing inside that kind of shop, but to ask this on an internet forum?
kind of survival strategy for first-timers in Thailand ?
hint: there are many cheap restaurants/ food stalls everywhere
(hint: no need for buying flight ticket: 7/11 shops at home and hookers even less expensive,no need to travel across half of surface of mother earth..

i didn't intend to insult you , if i did i'm sorry. calm down lol.
Considering you decided to insult contributors to this thread, it needs to be said...ok thanx all for your'e answers . there is no need to get in to stupid arguments about wether street food is safe or not ..... some people can handle street food while some simply can't . let's just leave it at that .
...that it's actually rather stupid (to put it mildly) to start a thread on the safety of street food and then expect that no one will argue the pros and cons thereof.

hi all , is it safe to rent a condo in the dark side several minutes walk from walen the language school and big c?

hi all i just saw a youtube video in wich someone showed that many 7/11's in bangkok have good cheap food , like hmburgers wich can be cooked to order for 20-22 baht and sandwiches wich only cost 27 baht . is it common in all 7/11's in pattaya or only in several big 7/11's or only in 7/11's in touristic areas?
-
thx everyone for your'e informative answers , they are very helpfull .
so if the asking price is 10k for a studio condo in the darkside i can easily negotiate the price down to 6k-8k baht right?
