How is it possible to sell Thai brands "Real Creamery butter" containing "nature identical flavouring" and why would it be required as an additive?

I live 72k from Korat, we are soon to get chlorinated water in the village, same source as the old supply but treated enroute.

Question will the water be potable after treatment or will it still need some kind of filtering?

I also have a couple of straight flourescents that are not affected!

Two neighbours from the village vouched me,

when three very nice officers from Korat Immigration office turned up.

I copied their ID cards for them they wrote a statement finished.

I live 70k outside Korat,

the last couple of days my round flourescents have been playing up, not coming on or long start up,

I also have power saving lights wich are not affected,and work as normal.

my computer power back up also warns of low power.

my upper floor seems affected most as I can only get one bedroom light to come on.

Anyone else had this problem or are my electrics faulty?
