Within Thailand? Thailand does not offer any OTC products. What was the name of the broker?

It costs an extra 400K for the 2.5 model instead of the 2.0

I bought mine new with every extra. Never had a problem. 500K is a steal.

If she is not in a blue book somewhere then she will not be accepted as a Thai citizen as they do not take a Thai passport as proof of Thai citizenship if it was issued before the year 2000 when they first started compiling passport data on to computers.. This happened to a Thai friend of mine who was in the UK for over 50 years. They simply said that the passport could be a forgery and they do not have any records to check back that far.

and does anyone have a good reply for the boy's question.

Based on the facts/knowledge ( according to the government reports) that the Vaccine will truly harm a number of children and so few healthy children with no underlying conditions have been harmed in anyway by Covid: The boy's question as to "Why are they giving the vaccine to children", is quite valid. Would you agree or disagree?

Hi,
try this company for a quote and let us know how you get on and if successful, how much as I am sure others would like to know They reply immediately. I used them (I am under 60) and they are way cheaper than anyone else plus cover everything connected to Covid unlike the more expensive insurances in their small print.

Same in FL, . The trick in FL is to buy when appraised values are low and obtain a homestead exemption and Save our homes (SOH) provision. where your primary property gets as much as $50,000 reduction on the taxable value, and your taxes can not rise more that 3% per year . So if your house is assessed at $200k you pay taxes on $150K .
in my town the millage is$4.5937 per thousand and school tax is $6.41 per thousand so $689 PT + $962 ST =$1,923 and your tax can only go up by $57.69 next year (3%).
But I love the property tax in Thailand more. Zero X zero = zero
Ref your understanding that there is Zero property Tax in Thailand please see here https://globalcompliancenews.com/new-property-tax-thailand-20181129/

My goodness. Just do a bank transfer. You can take out what you bring in. Make a call or send an email to the head office of your bank in Thailand and ask them to send you the transfer form that they may require you to sign.

@Langsuan Man,
that's a nice way to do it ! Unfortunately, I'm still not old enough to do it...
I hope you're in no rush to get old

So long as you buy a property through a company connected to the elite card program you can have the elite card for half price. So the property would have to fairly up market in order to cover that extra million without noticing too much.

I have and awaiting a reply thanks.

There are two types of individual 20 year visas one costs 2 million incl. VAT and one costs 1 million excl. VAT Can anyone shed any light on the cheaper of the two?

You don't ask for the date the date it will valid to. It will always be valid up to the date your permit to stay ends.
I was under the impression that I had apply for the re-entry permit before I left. Therefore is it stamped for whatever I ask for, is it automatically stamped until the end of the extension of stay or?
It does not matter what dates you put on the application form (some offices let you leave those blank) it will be issued to your permit to stay date.
Thank you Joe, very much appreciated and I hope this info' helps someone else out down the line.

A re-entry permit is only valid for the duration of your current permission to stay.
If you have a permission to stay valid till Feb 2014 and now would go away for 6 months, it would be no problem as you would be back before your permission to stay ends. That is the only requirement. If you are not back before your permission to stay ends, you lose your permission to stay and need to apply for a visa abroad again.
Thank you so much for you help. Just to be clear:
If I have a one year extension of stay and have to report every 90 days and I leave Thailand 2 months after my first 90 day report and return after 4 months; what would immigration at the airport or land crossing stamp in my passport and when would have to make my next normal 90 day report of stay?
The reports of staying longer than 90 days are just that. They have nothing to with the time you can stay here or be out of the county. When you leave before you have been here 90 days that cancels out the need to make a report. You make a report 90 days after the date you re-enter the country.
You will always be stamped in up to the date shown on your re-entry permit.
Thank you so much for you thorough reply. So from you have said the re-entry permit can be set for whatever you ask, up until the expiry date of the extension of stay. Yes?

I also have a question regarding a business visa and work permits. If you only stay in Thailand approx. 6 months a year EG staying for less than 3 months on any particular trip. What happens at the airport or land crossing when you come back in to Thailand. How long do they stamp the visa for on re-entry. Would it also avoid having to do 90 day reports.
Thanks in advance for your replies.
if you had a visa you would not be making 90 day reports nor have the need to get a re-entry permit because you would have to leave the country every 90 days.
If you have an extension of stay from immigration. You would need to make reports of staying longer than 90 days. You would need a re-entry permit to keep yous extension valid when you leave the country and would get a permitted to stay stamp up to the date your extension ends when you enter the country. A report would be needed 90 days from the date you enter the country.
So what would happen if I leave for 4 months. Do they provide a re-entry permit for 4-6 months if required.
If you have a multiple Entry One Year visa issued by a Thai Consular Facility outside of Thailand, then each time you enter Thailand up until the 'Enter Before' date on your visa you will be granted a new 90 day entry stamp (Permission to Stay).
No re-entry permit is required in this case unless you want to exit Thailand during a 90 day admission but after the 'Enter Before' date, in this case a re-entry permit will serve to preserve the last 'admitted until' date, when you re-enter before that date. which would have been granted against your then still valid visa.
If you have a one year Extension of Permission to Stay (from Thai Immigration within Thailand), then this is totally different and will always require a re-entry permit when to exit/enter Thailand within the extension period to preserve said extension which other wise would be lost on exit.
If it is on a one year extension of permission to stay. What would be the answer to my question:-
So what would happen if I leave for 4 months. Do they provide a re-entry permit for 4-6 months if required
